I chose this hotel because it was near the Hong Kong Expo Convention Center, where I was attending Art Basel, never having been to HK. It was close the convention center and the price was very good, and the reviews were good. I thought it was a terrific place. Room was clean, new, and quiet. Everyone had to use a plastic key to use the elevator, which made me feel like it was secure, and there is a snack center on the 5th floor open all the time with newspapers, TV, coffee, and cookies, and croissants for breakfast. I would stay there again.

We booked a room for 2 adults and I asked for 2 single beds. On arrival we got upgraded to a double room with 2 double beds with no extra cost. Very nice of the hotel. The room is very spacious, especially compared with HK standard and our room overlooked the river with good views. The hotel has got good facilities. I used the spa and the Thai massage service which was excellent. The price was not cheap but the lady who did the Thai massage did it thoroughly and expertly. My muscle aches were gone and I had a very good sleep afterwards.
Will definitely come back to this hotel. The location is good as it is near to local eating areas and there is an ultra modern shopping plaza in the New Town nearby. Very convenient for public transport. Bus stops are right at the front of the hotel and one can get A41 from the Airport straight to the hotel.

The hotel was better than I expected. The room was bigger than the normal hotel room in Hong Kong. The hotel is dated but certainly well-maintained.
