“Dreadful - do not stay there.”
The hotel is well located and the rooms are very small but adequate - but the services are non-existant and the staff totally unhelpful. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
“Definitely NOT a 3.5 star hotel”
This hotel is rated 3.5 star but it should only be rated a 2.5 star hotel. When I checked in, 2 kids in casual clothing were working reception at this tiny reception desk. There is only one elevator servicing this hotel. My room was very small and the bed pretty much filled the room. I was expecting a small room so didn't have a problem with that. Now the condition of the room is another story. The carpet was filthy and stained. The wood counter in t he washroom was peeling off. And the walls were all dirty with marks. They did not even provide complementary water bottles. And when I checked out, they said I used a bottle water from the fridge and wanted to charge me for it. I told them I didn't even open the fridge so they waived the charge. I don't understand how they can make that kind of mistake. Also, when I ran out of tissues, they did not replace it even tho I was staying for another 2 days. They only replaced toliet paper when it ran out. I guess I should be grateful for that. The ironing board they provided was pretty busted up and difficult to use. Not sure who rated this hotel but is's NOT A 3.5 STAR hotel. It's a 2 to 2.5 Star hotel at best. The only good thing about this place is the location. It's right next to MTR station so it's extremely convenient otherwise it's a pretty bad hotel.
“Cramped”
I was on business with a fellow business associate in another room. My room was cramped and felt like a sardine box. Outside traffic was loud. My associate had a leaking AC unit in his room that he had to put a trash can under to catch the drips. Not a good experience by either of us.
“Excellent hotel in HK”
Extremely satisfied. Very convenient to the MTR, less than 1 block away. Walking distance to Central. A little small but perfect for what we needed. Hotel staff was very helpful.
“Great Hotel for the price and location”
Only a block away from MRT stop. Walking distance from shopping area and business district and piers. Clean hotel and staff was accommodating to all our requests. Small but comfortable hotel, would definitely stay there again.
“Good hotel for the neighberhoud.”
We were visting relatives that lives close by and just needed a clean bed for one night. Even though it's a small hotel it was no problem to let them keep our luggage safe for the day. We checked out at 9 am and came back for our luggage at 9 pm. It was no problem. So if you need to be in this naberhoud and don't demand to much it's a good hotel. If you need to go to the airport just take a taxi will cost you less then 300 Hk$(including toll fares).
“Noisy downtown location, indifferent attitude, technologically equipped small rooms”
Mingle being a medium sized Hotel Group, 'Mingle on the Wing' is like the black sheep: lost in Sheung Wan at the western tip of Hong Kong Island, the location is convenient for MTR users, but the staffs' attitude lacked professionalism and friendliness. The hotel room's size is diminutive with no space to actually traffic through the room. Small windows open only 5 % and are blocked by wooden panels. The big plus is Technology: Rooms are equipped with WiFi and remote controls - and there's an impressive library of Movies and Music in the TV!
“Just Fine”
We were upgraded to an executive room or whatever they call it. Nice and clean room with new furnishing and free internet connection.
“décue, boite de sardine”
Rapport qualité /prix très décevant par rapport à d'autres hotels à Hong kong chambre extrêment étroite, ainsi que le couloir et l'entrée
