“Excellent hotel”
We stayed for 2 nights here on a family trip on route to New Zealand. We had a lovely room with 2 Queen size beds and a bathroom with glass wall so you could take advantage of the view from the 61st floor over the harbour! The hotel is a little way out of town but easy to get to the train line which is very clean and efficient, and its not far from the airport.
“I love it!”
Perfect Guest Service,I love it! one of the Best Hotel~
“Pretty Good Hotel”
The hotel is very well maintained and has two towers. We stayed on the 52nd floor (there are 77 floors) and had to take two elevators to get to our room which is no big deal. The view from our room is quite beautiful. The hotel is located close to the MRT (about a 5 min walk) but to get to the more touristy place such as TST in Kowloon, it is quite a few stations away and you have to switch trains. The staff were friendly and the concierge was helpful in suggesting quick routes to get around the city. There is a mall attached to the hotel which is convenient for shopping. The only disappointment we had was that on our last day we had planned on doing some shopping at the mall before departing to the airport but there was a typhoon happening at the time and when it reaches a level 8, people do not show up for work which meant that the stores were closed until it got downgraded to a level 3. To someone who lives in Canada and have endured snow storms and -30 degrees celcius temperatures, it a bit difficult to understand why a city such as Hong Kong had to shut down the entire city due to some strong winds and a bit of rain. Other than that we had a nice stay.
“Good price, clean room, but spartan”
The hotel is OK if you are planning to just spend a night or two, or plan to spend little time in hotel. While the room was clean and large, the layout was quite odd. I would not recommend this hotel if you are staying with friends, as the bathroom (at least in my room) had no privacy from the rest of the room, with just a glass partition that didn't even have a shade or curtain to afford you some privacy. The minibar was not stocked at all (strange for an Asian hotel), no wireless internet, and most importantly no fitness center. The location is good if you plan to spend time in Tsuen Wan area, and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It's also convenient to the subway system.
“Everything you need”
Great location, convenient to the MTR. Nice, spacious room. Great city view. Reasonably priced.
“Nice Place”
Loved the hotel, the pool behind the room was awesome, huge pool!!! The on site taxi drivers are cool. The lounge music in the lobby at night was good, just wish they stayed open longer. Besides the ladies at the front desk being unhelpful and not very friendly I'd say this was a perfect place. Wait staff at the restaurant wasnt the best either but the level of service in thailand compared to other counties in the world is poor so I wasnt expecting it to be anything special.
“ebuddy”
The L'hotel in Tsuen Wan is a place I normally book. The service is quite nice and the rooms are amazing. The only issue I have are the other guests who think they are more important than you are, but the hotel staff kindly tells them to wait their turn.
“Tsuen Wan Hidden Gem”
We were travelling to HK to visit family and needed a hotel located somewhere in Tsuen Wan and this was the newest and best located for us. It was easy and fast getting from the airport via family taxi as the drive was only 15 minutes. The hotel is nice and well maintained and the staff can speak sufficient english, not that that was necessary because I had a personal translator (wife :-). The double queen room is very large for HK and had both tub and shower in the spacious bathroom. The room was much the size of a north american hotel room with an absolute stunning view from the 76th floor. The heavy tourist areas such as Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, Mongkok and Tsim sau Tsiu are reachable by a cab (20-30 dollars canadian) or a few dollars on the MTR which is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.
“i like here”
very beautiful hotel.
“Hotel worth to stay”
The room which I stay was good in the first week. It is big and comfortable with harbor view . When I come back from China and check in again the room which I stay was a little bit smaller and older, the cleanliness of the bath room is unacceptable. There are some big shopping malls around the hotel which are connected one of each other by corridors. MTR station is just five-minute walk from hotel, it takes 20 minutes to Mongkok which is not so bad. Over all this hotel is worth to stay.
