I got over 5 but bites in the room over my 2 night stay. Not sure what kind of bugs they were. The air condition was not working properly and even on the cooling setting set to 17C it felt like just a fan. The bathroom water was not draining properly either and every time we showered the whole bathroom would be flooded.

Disappointed about the room
My room have disabled facilities. Room seem bigger. However hair was found on the bed. The toilet was smelly with coloured flushing water. The drainage was found to be clogged when taking a shower, so made that much water on the toilet floor. Their public area is comfortable and good feeling

Nice and cozy room
If I have to pick on sth was that I forgot about whether there'd be breakfast the next day so I called to ask. The tone of that evening staff seemed a bit impatient and told me that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant. He could have just told me that breakfast was not included. Anyways, my stay was nice in general. The room is clean. Although it is smaller than what I expected, it was still a cozy room.

Average stay, lacking in the details.
Room itself was fine, albeit very small. No heating in the room...Quite chilly for 12-15 degrees outside in January! Fitness center was a joke...Three old broken machines do not make a fitness center! Either invest in proper equipment or do not advertise an on-site gym! Pillows were too high for our liking. We moved to a hotel for 50 HKD more per night on the Kowloon side that was better in every way.

Hotel very good, small 'cause it's HK. Expedia suckered me into a private car which I never do but did since wife was along, ELIFELIMO SUCKS!! Did not show was supposed to be there at HK airport Arrivals Hall; flight on time, imm. and customs routine. NO SHOW. THEN their phone number is disconnected. THEN Expedia tells me it's .ELIFELIMO policy not to give refunds. Thanks Expedia, you market service from company with disconnected phone then no refund after they leave us at airport. Been Expediaa customer for 21 years, but no more.

The hotel location is very convenient. We stayed at lower floor and the windows are facing the residential building windows. So we can not open curtains. The room is clean and staff is nice. Only the toilet paper keeps falling off and easy to get wet. It’s hanging on the side of washbasin. Maybe will be better move to the opposite side.

Nice Boutique Hotel
This is a nice little boutique hotel in Sheung Wan. It is a short 5-10 walk to subway but there are also buses just across the street. Staff is very helpful, especially Eric. There is a lovely patio on the 4th floor where we enjoyed our morning cappuccino from their espresso machine. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time in HK.

A very decent hotel
Bedsheets had holes in them. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbour taking a shower and talking. But otherwise, good experience with cleanliness and service.

Comfy stay in HK !
The staff is very very helpful. The hotel is nice, well located, close to the MTR and you have many options of shops and restaurants close. The Central station, HK Station and the ferry to Macau are very close and convenient too. I like the rooms, they are big, clean and comfy. I love staying at Hotel LBP! The home theatre room is a nice space to relax as well, and there is a terrace. Love it all!

Generally, a great staff and and clean room. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the foot massager and the chair massager as well. Free water and pop too.

Fantastic location, great rooms. Very quiet despite being in the middle of the city. Clean, comfortable rooms with luxury features like robes, slippers, good quality toiletries, fridge, kettle etc. This was my second stay and it is even better than before. Highly recommended.
