“Good Location”

The airport bus A21 stop about 4 blocks from the hotel. Next to Wing On Dept. store. (2 blocks when you go back). The hotel room is larger then other with the same price range. The metro stop Jordan is 4 blocks away. Friendly staff and clean room, The one bed had window but two beds doesn't. Wifi and wired internet is very good. 7-11 is next door,a lot of place to see around.

Getting there
Airport bus A21 or taxis $240. Metro stop at Kowloon Station ($90)and then Taxi to the hotel (about 20) ,so you have two peoples or more ,Taxi is better choice.

“Good Budget Hotel”

It was a good hotel. Breakfast had limited options especially for people who stick to Veg diet. Location good 10 mins walking to TSIM SHA TSHUI. It was value for money. They also offer free internet facility which is very helpful. Bathrooms & rooms are small but maintained neat and clean. People who look for value for money should consider this hotel.

Area recommendations
I would Recommend for indians Tsim Sha Tsui where in u find max indian restaurants and nathan road is very happening place for shopping. Its in heart of Kowloon and it has good connectivity.

“good enough to go back”

single room, one bed. compact, good amenities. did not like that you have to take elevator to 3rd then walk stairs to the 4th where my room was. next time would have asked about that.

“Just like holidaying in a caravan”

As per other reviews, the rooms were tiny, but clean and comfortable - suitable to come in from a big day out, shower, sleep, and then head out again. We had 2 rooms for the 4 of us (2ad + 2ch) and the rooms were next to each other, which was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay and pretty basic, but what we had was tasty. Western options were fairly limited. Good free internet. No safe in the room, but reception had safe boxes where valuables could be stored. We'd stay there again. It was a bit like a holiday in a caravan, and that's always fun - isn't it??

Shopping
Handy to Temple Street Markets. The prices were only okay considering you're only buying predominantly 'fake' items.
Dining
Plenty of good 'local' restaurants nearby. The Indian restaurant across the road was excellent!
Events and shows
The Chinese New Year Light Parade - FORGET IT!!! Too crowded and VERY average... Wasted 3 hours of my life that I won't be getting back standing in the crowd there.

“Convenient, small hotel in Hong Kong”

Comfortable small hotel in Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Convenient for Airport Express trains - 15 minutes walk to/from Kowloon station if you only have light luggage. Convenient also for MTR stations and buses, which take you to about everywhere in the SAR.

“Small but good value”

Hong Kong rooms are small but this barely had room for the luggage plus two adults. OK for couple of nights though. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Reasonable value.

“Stay away from this one!”

We never saw any bad reviews for this hotel and picked for price and location. The hotel is very dated and is in need of modernisation and a good clean! We were placed on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the third floor which was very inconvenient as we had heavy suitcases and a child and a buggy with us but we were helped to bring all up to the room. As soon as I got to my room I noticed a bad smell and it was damp so I tried to open the window which would not open. So I asked for some air freshener and was given some sort of detergent which was no help. The room was small and the bathroom was a tight squeeze. I really could not stay in this room especially since I was told by a local it was not a hotel and more of a guest house. I have never stayed in anywhere like this before and really did not feel comfortable in so we decided to stay the night as it was late when we checked in and decided to cancel our reservation for the rest of our stay. Would not recommend for families with kids maybe more for back packers but saying that we moved to a much nicer hotel across Nathan Road and was so much better at the nearly the same price!

I would recommend Nathan Hotel on Nathan road much nicer hotel at a simialr price.

“Good location one but not expect to much”

The room is small and windowless and can't open. Buffet breakfast have not much choice as it could be. They have a bit problem with the breakfast as numbers of people come on the same time and they must to wait till the other finished breakfast. Some staff are not friendly not even smile.

When to go
If you want to get good experience of the PEAK, please donn't go on winter.
