"The staff were absolutely wonderful. The area that hotel was in was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The first full day I was there I was gone for 5 hours and left when the cleaning ladies were on my floor. When I returned 5 hours later, they still haven’t gotten to my room not had their carts moved several rooms. I would think a floor could be cleaned with 2 cleaning ladies within a 5 hour period. That and I found toenail clippings on the floor when I checked in."

"This was a bit farther than we wanted from Miami so we only stayed one night and had them cancel our second night which was approved by both the property and hotels.com. However, we received no update to the reservation or a refund on the night we did not stay. It’s a well lit property making sleeping hard. I recommend bringing eye mask and a white noise device bc the walls are thin and with large windows the birds are loud. The staff were the best part of the stay."

A few small things could be improved, but overall it was a great experience and good value for the price. Would definitely consider coming back"

"Had an amazing stay! The place was super clean, comfortable, and had such a nice vibe from the moment we walked in. My favorite part was definitely the kitchen — it was beautiful and made the space feel really cozy and welcoming. The back patio was also a whole mood, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The host was very cooperative, easy to work with, and made everything smooth throughout the stay. Would definitely stay again!"
