“Best Casino Hotel”

The Hotel Casino was great to stay at. The only problem was with the Beach Club Bar & Resturant. NO SERVICE Sat near the bar bye the pool and for 15 minutes sat with no service or attention. When I asked for service I got no good answer so got up and left. Nice loction bye the pool but your going to wait a long time for service if you sit bye the bar. So I would not recommend the Beach Club Bar! The Hard Rock Hotel Casino was great , it was clean ,great service from the cleaning staff, Casino staff was helpfull and knowledegable, and over all the games were fun. I would stay there again just for the hotel service!

“Planning a return trip”

I booked this room for a friend's birthday, to give us a place to have dinner and drinks without having to drive home. The room was fantastic!! And dinner at Tatu was exceptional. Looking forward to returning.

“Awful stay! Blood found on wall next to bed at a "four star" expedia hotel?Expedia not offering aide”

First thing, I am a Florida resident who has stayed at this hotel 5 over times. This is the first stay that the remodeling was completed that we have stayed. At valet, a luggage cart wasn't offered to us and a bellman did not approach us to help with our three bags and smaller items. There were two men standing and talking with each other, but no help...none! Guessing the pro-football players and their lambos' took presidence over our middle-class pickup truck and bevy of bags! Who knows?! They put us in a room right next to the elevator bay, so I requested a room change. They at first told us that no other rooms were available. Then "magically" a non-smoking double bed with balcony appearred from thin air!My husband then notices blood smeared on the wall next to the bed and I FREAK! I have stayed in so many 3-5 star hotels all over the state, that I came to the conclusion that if this gross overlooking of blood obviously on a wall was there in plain sight, what else could be up with the room??! Listing them as follows: fist-sized hole in duvet, fluids on mirrors and glass, dirty and stained pillow cases, burnt out light bulbs in bathroom, toilet didn't flush and had to have a maintenance guy come in to room and fix it, and housekeeping forced their way in the next morning even with a do not disturb light on and we didn't check out that day! Wow. What an awful stay! It took 35 minutes for valet to retrieve our vehicle and we checked out a day early, because the stay stunk!

clean & beautiful....would absolutely return...can't say enough about the gorgeous pool, great restaurants, shops & casino.... my only disappointment was when i requested a 6:30 am wake up call on the day we were checking out and never received the call...luckily we woke up on our own & were able to make our flight on time.

“great experience”

Hotel was clean. Security cks @elevators were consistent and much appreciated. Staff was friendly & willing to do anything to help make our stay special. Was my sons birthday & I ordered a cake from concierge. Cake was delivered on time & was great with choc guitar. Pool was fun with waterslide. Only negative was food options @resort are pricey, will defintely return. Upgraded to jr suite. Shower was luxurious...4 heads on each side and 3 on top..lovely and relaxing. Worth it. Comfy bed too.

“Very Impressed”

Had a great stay at Hard Rock. Room was great had several little ammenities that were very cool. It was huge, view of pool which I didn't ask for was great, beds were comfortable. Several places to eat at all hours Convenient self park in garage, very easy to find your way into parking and hotel. Only things that were slightly annoying were the fact that there is no AC in parking garage elevators and casino is very smokey. But other than that there is tons to do, several places to go, to eat, great table games. Easy to get around.

“Would definitely stay here again”

Was very impressed with the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. We stayed here while attending a concert at Sun Life Stadium--which is only a couple exits down the turnpike--and found lots to do to kill time before the concert. The Hard Rock Cafe on premises, while small, has a half-price happy hour on drinks starting at 4 (the half-price food is just a small plate of chips and salsa, not worth it). There is, however, lots of inexpensive food in the cafeteria. Parking was ample and free in the garage, which we weren't expecting. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and our view was fantastic! A little far from downtown Miami, but worth it for the great hotel.
