“Westgate Emerald Pointe”

The room was very clean and comfortable however the walls are very thin and you can literally hear people walking and talking all around you. I will not stay here again as I was only able to sleep about 1 hour through the whole night. Beautiful location though. If you don't mind noise then by all means stay here.

Great resort the view from are room was awesome the down thing I can say is that the beds are a little uncomfortable and the thin walls and ceilings other then that great place will stay there again next year for sure

The office was a little confusing to find, but everyone was very nice. We had 2 rooms, and with 3 adults and 5 kids staying, we had plenty of room. The rooms were very clean. I loved the Jacuzzi tub. The balcony was large, so everyone had room to sit outside, it was also screened in, so no worries about bugs or the kids safety. It also had a beautiful view of the lake. The outside pool wasn't open yet, but the indoor pool was very clean, with plenty of towels out for guests. I wish they had WiFi, but no internet there at all. It would have been nice to look up shows ahead of time. We will be going again this summer.

“Great experience”

Great view of Table Rock Lake. 5 min from Branson's strip and other attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, attractive rooms and they are more like apartments then rooms. Only bad thing is can hear neighbors walking above you but not in room that much so no huge deal. Would stay again!!

“The best place ever!!! Can't wait to go back, did not want to leave!”

Emerald Pointe Resort was better than I could have expected! We stayed on the 4th floor (by choice!) with a HUGE balcony overlooking Table Rock Lake. Sunrise with coffee and Sunset with a glass of wine....couldn't get much better! Accommodations were exceptionally clean, comfortable furniture, comfortable king-sized bed with plenty of pillows! Staff were very friendly, very helpful, and if they didn't have an answer to a question about an attraction, they found someone who did! They were wonderful!!! We started planning our trip for next year....definitely gonna go back and definitely would recommend to anyone who vacations in Branson!

“Great place to stay!”

We stayed in 413B and it was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the lake from the balcony was awesome. There were a couple loose tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, but otherwise it was fine. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grounds were kept up very nicely. Great family place with basketball pad, 9-hole mini golf, shuffleboard, and a game room in the main building. The indoor pool is very large! Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be going back this fall. Be sure and ask for a room with a balcony over the lake, as there are units in front, facing the parking lot!

“NIce hotel but with problem”

The Hotel was very nice, great view from room. The room was very clean and beautiful. Only problem occured after returning from dinner when my wife went to use the jacuzzi and we had no hot water. My first call to the front desk was taken and I was told that the neighboring room shares the water heater and that they may have used all the hot water. I waited for 30 minutes and still no hot water. This time I was told that they would try and contact their maintenance worker. I was called back 30 minutes later and told that they could not get a hold of him and if they did it would take 1 hour for him to get there. They did offer to give us a room to use for a shower but we declined as it was already 10 pm. The water was not fixed the next day until 10 am as we were checking out.
