The facility was basically worn out. Everything was functional, but we'd come to expect more from this chain. Overpriced. Wifi was not working.

Wifi didn’t work and jammed cellular data. 2 deadbolts on door but no lock on sliding window (ground level). Bed not comfortable. Tiny pillows. Underside of bedspread torn, plastic- made noise when moved in bed. Like sleeping under plastic tarp. Noisy heaters. Check in staff ok. Morning staff unfriendly , didn’t want to get bread for toast. Free “hot” breakfast was toast. White bread only. Coffee weak and not hot. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Check in took FOREVER. Then, our magnetic key cards did not work. We had to return to the front desk 2x to get that fixed and wait in another line each time. There was no rod to hang up our clothes. The beds were comfortable. When it was time to leave, our door lock failed and we were locked IN. Staff responded promptly.

Noisy but still acceptable
Check in went smoothly but attendant was not friendly and never smiled. Check out was much better as there was a different person and she was friendly and smiled. Room was okay but there was a piece of stale food on the floor from the previous guest. Upstairs guest stomped around most of the night.

Property and room is clean. Used affirm to pay and that worked well. Really no complaints. Check in went well. Room is comfortable and clean. Price was pretty cheap. I would recommend.

Old beat up furniture from the 80’s. Dirty carpet. Broken security lock on door. Hair Dryer did not work. Coffee Maker had broken/missing lid, dirty inside. I went to get breakfast next door and was back by 10A, and my door card no longer worked, and desk staff was absent. I did not appreciate that at all.

The room was clean and well prepared. The property is right off I40 so it is very convenient. There are good restaurants walkable or a short drive away.

You sold our Room and we drove over 700 + miles
We paid for a room drove all the way from San Diego and we get there only for you all sold the room smh.We ended up sleeping in our car with 2 bulldogs till the morning

This particular room 229 was dusty... maybe it was cleaned but left unoccupied for a long time that the table was covered in dust. TV can be turned on but the DirecTV could not detect signals. The bathroom sink drains very slowly so maybe it was slightly clogged. The toilet bowl is running water so it is wasting water. Oh well. 😢😢😢

Sheets could of have been fresh and on be the right way could of used a vacuumed sink and counters tops could of been cleaned better and only had one half toilet paper at least could of drop one off every day we stayed and had a wired smell to the room would like it to smell fresh ..

The property is tired and shabby. Visible dog hair on the bed. Breakfast was very skimpy. Had I seen the place beforehand, I would not have stayed there (arrived very late from Flagstaff). Couldn't wait to get on our way in the morning to Petrified Forest.

Door did not lock from outside. Dirty spill left on wall by light switch. Bad smell. Room 101. Needs door handle fixed. Clerk at front desk on check out knew about door handle. Has been let go for some time.
