We enjoyed the Hoi An Garden Villas so much, that we extended our stay by a few days! The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. It was great having a cool down splash in the pool when needed. The owner and workers are extremely helpful and accommodating. Na was absolutely phenomenal in helping us with directions, making recommendations, and booking us transportation and tours at our request. She is amazing! The location is great as it is a 5-10 minute bicycle ride to the Old Town and there are also numerous great restaurants and activities within walking distance from the Villas. Bicycles are free to use (we cycled around a lot), and a delicious breakfast is also included! We highly recommend this place.

This property is good for the price we paid. Staff were lovely including with our children. Note though if you are booking with kids there are friendly dogs on the property (in case your kids have issues with dogs). While it is a 20 or so minute walk to the Old Town it is a nice walk or a quick taxi if you are in the heat of the day. There are little cafes, restaurants and mini markets near this property which is handy. Breakfast is basic but nice and a good start to the day. It is a quiet location.

We can’t speak highly enough about this place. Na is so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is terrific and the poolside villa was very clean and roomy. Would highly recommend. A taxi ride into the old town.

A really peaceful and lovely place. It’s not a 5 star but clean and tidy. Room was beautiful. The staff are really helpful. We wish we had more time to spend here. Breakfast choice was brilliant. Absolutely worth every penny

We stayed two nights at the Villa in a twin room downstairs facing the pool. The villas appear to have a French influence, the bedroom and ensuite both large. The beds were probably the most comfortable we have slept in and the linen and room smelt of lemongrass and lemon. Lovely. Quiet and dark it was excellent for sleeping and the warm fresh baguettes for breakfast delicious.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We did a couple of the tours they offered and they were great. Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice clean pool. Walking distance to many tailor shops. About a 20-30min walk to the night markets. Free rental bikes available. Would definitely stay here again.

My and my gf we stayed here initially 2 days. Could not leave the place and ended up staying 4 nights. Ideal location between old town and beaches. U can easily reach them with the bike u get for free. Receptionist (hoi) super great and helpful

Would 100% stay again.
We looked the room, very spacious and clean. I really loved that our room had a bath tub too. The staff were friendly and helped us with understanding the local area and taxi services. The breakfast was good, pick one drink, one main and one 'dessert (yogurt or fruit). While it's not a buffet like we generally have when we stay places the food was enough and tasted good. Pool was lovely and clean.

Peaceful Oasis
Bookes two nights here for a quick visit to Hoi An. Loved the location, quiet and away from tourist areas of the Old Town. Free bikes made it easy to get into town and back but taxis were cheap too. Quiet garden oasis with the best pool! Breakfast cooked to order was everything you need and the room was private and a great escape from the heat. Staff was friendly and offered trips and transportation. We booked our car back to Da Nang through them for $16 USD and stayed for a late 8pm checkout for an extra $15USD. Great retreat and service, should have stayed longer.

A great choice
This is a beautiful, quiet location, about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe villa which was absolutely huge. The pool is fantastic. Breakfast was very good and I always saw staff cleaning even the smallest details around the property. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as tailors. We didn’t use the free bikes, but took a taxi to An Bang beach for 50k dong. Without a doubt I would stay here again. The photos really represent the property.

Everything about this venue/hotel/villas was amazing, so much so our 1 night turned into a 4 night stay, in which we were upgraded to one of there lovely villas. Staff are amazing & so helpful. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff but needs better cleaners
The staff are friendly and helpful especially the owner who even gave my mum a scarf. I was so sick yet they are able to assist me and getting me a taxi to hospital. The hotel is quite and relaxing. Love the size of the room but perhaps the cleaner can do a better job cleaning such as dusting some areas in the room as I have dust allergies so it’s a bit annoying. Bathroom is huge but the plumbing are clogging as again the cleaners don’t clean properly.

Wow, fantastic place to stay
We spent 3 nights here, although we wish it could have been more. We were immediately upgraded to a villa free of charge. The villa was fantastic and had a very comfortable bed 4 post bed and a big bathroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious and is cooked to order for you each morning. The bagguettes are absolutely delicious (I’d recommend the bacon) Great location as you have free use of bikes and the ride to the market or beach is very easy and takes around 10 mins at a very leisurely pace. Really impressed with the whole team and hotel, would recommend staying here and will hope to come back again

The staff here were very accommodating and very friendly. Room we had was massive but bathroom a little bit dirty. They provide free bikes to use which is great as its to far to walk to and around town. Overall great place to stay for the price

Hidden Gem
This place is a wonderful gem with a beautiful garden and pool area. The 2nd night we were there the owners threw us all a party with local dishes and some beer. Great way to meet the other guests and trade stories. Had a great stay. Staff was very attentive. Only complaint was that the key for our room was a nightmare to manage but the staff was always available to help us. Free bikes were a plus, 10 minute drive to town. We'd returned for sure. Great breakfast.

Amazing value for what we received - boutique hotel feel, nice pool, breakfasts, free bikes to cycle to the old town (10min). The room was the largest we had in our two week trip and it was beautiful. Wish we could stay longer!

Pros-Nice friendly staff located 15-20mins walking distance from Ancient Town. We took cab to An Bang Beach, it only costed us around VND98.000. Good breakfast. Cons-The shower door was a bit old. Hot water in shower takes time to heat up.

Nice hotel with spacious room
We booked two interconnecting rooms, both of the rooms are spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the hotel to arrange for private car hiring to my son temple, marble mountains, monkey mountain. The price was reasonable. One trip, due to misunderstanding, the driver could not get to our desired location as previously agreed, the hotel provided partial refund for that trip. The pool was great, my kids spent a lot of time there each day. Cooked breakfast each day, yummy and plentiful. We used taxi to old town and an bang beach. The hotel called a taxi or we walked to the main road and hailed one. The taxi ride was small cost. Hotel supply bicycles but we didn't use in our trip. Overall, it is great hotel with great value.

We are a family with 3 young kids. The connecting rooms are spacious. The pool is excellent my kids spent many hours there after morning activities. A little away from the old town. Taxi costs about 40k dong. Staff friendly and helpful. Will come back again

Sweet,quiet boutique villas
Lovely stay at these villas about 2 km from the Old Town. The staff were wonderful and attentive, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom is particularly nice. We had bikes to cycle into town and it was an easy if not slightly chaotic ride (but that’s Hoi An). Breakfast was simple and tasty - heaps of delicious fresh fruit!
