Very nice place to stay.

Pros: The hostess, the rooms, the locality and the ease of access to the Tasman Peninsula, Hobart and the Airport.
Cons: Air conditioning and/or ceiling fan in bedroom.
Location: Richmond Tasmania. Colonial era sight seeing, Tasman Peninsula and Hobart.
Miriam the owner is a very pleasant hostess. Warm, friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable of the local area and the Tasman Peninsula. When we informed Miriam we were having trouble with the wi-fi internet in our room, she quickly organised an extension router to allow us better access to the 'net'. The bedroom, sitting room and the bathroom / toilet was scrupulously clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Also, we took the option of having our Continental Breakfast in our rooms which allowed us our privacy and our own time to eat etc. Word of warning though, Miriam does not allow smoking on the grounds of her B&B which suited me fine - no butts or stale smoke.

Pros: Close to the sights of Richmond, pleasant owner, good breakfast
Cons: Very tired, and needs upgrading
Could be quite nice, but fairly run down and tired.
