We stayed for 3 nights at the end of September 2014 on the 17th floor with 2 adjoining rooms. My wife and I had a king bed, and our 2 children (13 & 10) had 2 single beds in the next room. The hotel arranged airport transfer which was well communicated and professional. On arrival we were informed the reception/lobby was being refurbished and was walled off. Our checkin was pre-prepared and was completed in our room which was great. Reception area and breakfast restaurant was temporarily located on the third floor which was ok given the reconstruction going on. The room was fantastic and for a regular traveller the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel. Air con was extremely quiet, and overall the hotel was very quiet on the floors with rooms. Pool area was awesome with gym overlooking one area and regular service and lifeguards at attendance. Free fruit kebab by the pool on arrival and sun loungers had a towelling cover for extra comfort. Good mix of loungers, chairs, round tables and double cabanas for lots of choice. Breakfast buffet good, nothing exceptional and the rooftop Saigon bar good for pre dinner drink or a small snack. Hotel close to malls, markets, the Opera house and AO show literally across the road and well worth a visit. Market about 500m walk with interesting shops and distractions. Handy to river for cruises and cu chi tunnel tours which was all organised by the concierge. Would go back definitely.
The best service we, as a family of 5 (3 children aged 11, 13 & 15) have ever experienced in any Hotel, 5 or 6 Star. The Tower Studios are huge and luxurious and with them you receive the benefits of using the 5th Floor Club Lounge , where the pre-dinner drinks and food are exquisite and plentiful over a 3 hour period from 5-8pm. The Staff at the Lounge not only go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, they are sincerely proud of their Hotel and their honest desire to do as much as possible for you, and they do it in a very professional manner without, most importantly, the pompousness of some Hotels which act as if you should be grateful for the privilege of paying to stay at their Hotel.
We loved everything about The Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, especially the fantastic staff who made our whole family feel relaxed and at home. Do yourself a favour and stay at this Hotel if you are going to Ho Chi Minh because, apart from it being central to everything you need to see in this City, you will experience what all Hotels should strive for in excellence and service.

Good location. Good value for money paid. Not 5 star but not meant to be: clean, comfortable, safe, helpful friendly staff, good breakfast. Pool okay. Very little gym equipment and what there is, is old and rickety. Little to no street noise even though on main thoroughfare. Hotel is in good condition except for gym.
It's a great hotel with reasonable rate at a winderful location. The staffs are friendly and courteous. The food facilities are clean and the food is wonderful. I would definitely stay there again when I come to visit Vietnam again next year.
