“A nice 3 star”
The hotel is what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The room was smallish but nothing to complain about. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked fine! The breakfasts were good with various choices. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is not bad and with things such as the Post Office and Cathedral in walking distance. There are many places to eat nearby. Overall I was very happy with this hotel and would recommend it as a place to stay.
“A safe choice”
The Sophia Hotel is a very friendly, very clean hotel located in District 1, within easy reach of many good restaurants and close to most of the tourist attractions. We initially booked for a week before moving on to Phu Quoc,but owing to the recent air traffic disruption, we returned there a week later and stayed for a further 10 days whilst waiting for a flight. The hotel actually gave us a reduced rate on our return, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms were well up to 3 star standard, meticulously maintained, and the showers in the rooms were superb. Because of our constant rescheduling of flights, we checked in and out more than once, and stayed in 3 different rooms, all of which were very comfortable and very reasonably priced. I can recommend this hotel with confidence.
“Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis”
HCMC kann vom Hotel gut per pedes erkundet werden. Das Hotelpersonal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügte über dem der Sternebewertung entsprechenden Standard. Das Frühstück war etwas kärglich. Ich kann das Sophia Hotel weiterempfehlen
“Sofia hotel in Saigon, een echte aanrader”
We hadden twijfelachtige verhalen gehoord over het ontbijt. Hoewel dit niet uitgebreid is, is er wel keuze tussen allerlei verschillende zaken. Het hotel was verrassend goed, zeker voor deze prijs. De kamers zijn ruim, de badkamer was voorzien van een bubbelbad en de service was erg goed. Een absolute aanrader!
