“Great Base”

We upgraded to a club room which suited our requirements for the start of our stay in Vietnam. The rooms were comfortable and provided all that you would expect. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of shops, Bien Thanh market and all the city centre attractions. We also stayed for 1 night at the end of our trip. The staff upgraded us to a river view room on the 14th floor which provided a great panorama. Pool on roof is excellent. We did not eat in the hotel apart form the free breakfast when in the club room which was fine.

“Very relaxing, roof-top pool and spa are great”

The hotel is central, wonderful riverside views and staff are really pleasant, the room was just what you'd expect and very clean. The only disappointment was having to pay 14,000 [about 40p] for 15 minutes internet access, this is mean as all other hotels I stayed in throughout Vietnam had free access.
