“Clean, modern and charming”
Parkroyal Saigon is a 3rd hotel that I have stayed in the 14days trip to Vietnam. The hotel is clean, modern, spacious and buffet is great. It is an excellent business travel hotel. The pool area has an old colonial rustic charm in a busy city. The hotel staff was beyond wonderful. They patiently tried 3 times before finding an electrical adpater for my laptop. Check in , check out was quickly and friendly. The complimentary bus ride to town is great so I don't have to haggle with taxi driver.
“Convenient for airport”
The hair dryer is hard wired into the desk drawer, and there is no mirror to see what you are doing!
“Convenient to Hotel with Good Services”
This hotel was very convenient to be close to the airport if you have a very early flight. It is a nice hotel, but is quite dated in some of the furnishings and fixtures. This hotel is good for overnight stays. The evening seafood buffet was very good.

“close to the airport”
This is great for an early flight or a late arrival, being 10 minutes from the airport. But there are plenty of less expensive options in central HCMC - if you have the time and $ to get you to/from the airport if that's an issue. The taxi to the hotel was only 35,000VND. I spent a pleasant few hours here. I used the gym, and wandered up the street for some food at a local place (not good!), and bought some beer for a fraction of the minibar price. The room was spacious, quiet, and the free wi-fi was fast. there was an inroom safe and a coffee maker. No quibbles with the room at all. The exterior looks old and very 'concrete' but inside its fine. looked like they had a good restaurant and pool, but I didn't have time to try either. I' d stay there again for an early departure.
“Best for convenience to the airport”
Flew into HCMC at 11:00 pm and had a 8:00 am flight out. They picked me up and took me back to the airport with private car and driver. Let them know in advance what your flight arrival is and they will meet you with a sign board when exiting the terminal. Good breakfast buffet in morning, easy trip back to airport. This is the best hotel for flight connections. If you are coming to visit HCMC, though, I would recommend staying downtown. I always stay at the Majestic if spending time in HCMC.
“Great for stopover”
Great value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. Good pool, Room very clean and tidy, we would stay again for short trip.
“Great AIRPORT hotel”
This is a great place to stay if you need quick (early) access to the airport, or are on a layover in SGN. It is one of the (if not THE) closest hotel to the airport. I was travelling all over Vietnam and Cambodia and had two occasions to stay here on this trip. If you are planning on touring HCMC, stay in District 1. But for airport layovers, this is a close, nice, perfect hotel with great service!
“Average”
Had an issue with staff at the front desk as they advised me that there was no complimentary Airport transportation and had insisted to advise they would charge 7 US per person to have a transportation to the airport. Though on arrival I had confirmed this as I had checked in. Whilst we there there where a few power outages on the 1 night we where there. The rooms look a bit tired and need of a renovation. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Except for the last day when we had leave and they tried to charge us for airport transfer. Which we opted for a taxi instead which was cheaper considering the airport is short distance away. Also note the front desk staff english was not that strong and I had to make do with the little info I had.
