I’m has booked the grandsiverland hotel but your guy changed my booking to the siverland yen hotel in last minute the siverland too old and no good location for me that why I canceled my next booking with the siverland yen hotel , I’m not happy

Disappointing no quality.
This hotel is very conveniently located in Ho Chi Minh city district 1. This is within easy walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and Street Food market. That's the only nice thing i have to say. This hotel is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at the staff are not fully trained and especially, the receptionist (Yen) she never smiled at us and looked angry all the time. I would never be coming back to this hotel. I wish they take this complaint as improving their staff behaviour.

Great location and wonderful staff made our 3 day stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was very good starting at 6am. The pool on the roof was ok and the bar prices very reasonable. The taxi ride with Vinasun was about 8 USD. No complaints.

Lovely
Hotel is very central and right across the road from Ben Thanh street food market, which has a fantastic selection of stalls and a buzzy atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only letdown that we experienced for the duration of our stay was a very weak WiFi connection.

Near Benh Than market and surrounded by convenience store & restaurants. Staff are helpful & polite. Room are clean, however I got a room that has no window, which is a bit of minus point. Gym is very basic, but its OK. Breakfast with good selection. They even provide free tea time from 3pm onwards which is really nice!

Although hotel a little dated but rooms are clean. Good location. Within walking distance to Ben Thah Market and other attractions. Nice breakfast. Free high tea provided too. Though food is simple but nice.

What a fabulous hotel! Staff lovely! Breakfast is phenomenal - by far the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam. Super clean rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommend!!!

Silverland
This is my second time at a Silverland Hotel. The breakfast and tea staff were helpful and friendly. The front desk was not warm/welcoming at our check in, but helpful during our stay with calling cabs, etc. If you want to be within walking distance of many tourist attractions, this is a suitable hotel. The street traffic is noticeable throughout the hotel; I thought it was going to keep me up, but it quiets down at about 11pm. I prefer the smaller Silverland Yen. Somehow the glitz of this hotel just didn’t match the service .

Gem in Ho Chi Minh City.
Excellent staff in a great centralized location within district 1. One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve encountered in my travels. The rooftop pool was a very nice surprise.
