“Perfect hotel with good location.”

I have booked several times at this hotel, the staff and service is perfect, the breakfast buffet is OK., but need some more werstern courses update, the restaurant service at the hotel is very good and location one of the best.

“Good location”

The hotel is very well located. The service and breakfast are mediocre compared to other hotels in Vietnam. Quality and furnishing of the rooms vary a lot.

“Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr zentrale Lage, empfehlenswert!”

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar neben dem Sheraton und ist wirklich super zentral im District 1. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit dem Zimmer, das uns gegeben wurde erst nicht zufrieden, da es sich dem Geruch zufolge um ein Raucherzimmer handelte, also unser Tipp: unbedingt darauf achten, nach einem Nichtraucherzimmer zu fragen. Das 2. Zimmer (wir bekamen dies sofort) war super. Für den Preis und die Lage wirklich sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war super.

“窓のない部屋はさけるべし”

このサイトで安く予約できたので、スタンダードルームを予約したところ、窓のない部屋に通された。あまりの閉塞感に、部屋を変えてくれといったところ、一泊20ドル払えば窓のある部屋にかえられるとのこと。数日泊まるし、ホテルでやる仕事もあったので、変更してもらった。ドンコイ通りに面しているので、若干うるさいが、それでも窓のない部屋に比べると格段によく、また、部屋自体も新しくきれいだったので、ぜったい窓のある部屋をおすすめします。サービスもまあ普通だし、バスルームも広いし、なんといっても場所が便利。ただ、滞在中、問題が４つばかりおきました。一つは、部屋を変更したことがうまくつたわっていなかったのか、とつぜん他の宿泊客を案内したボーイが入ってきたこと。２つめは、明け方に、警報がなったとかで、これまたチャイムでおこされ、部屋のなかを点検されたこと。3つめは、最後の日に巨大なゴキブリがでたこと。それから、最後の夜に、誰かがチャイムを2回ならし、ただたどしい日本語で「たすけて」といってきたこと。ただのいたずらだったのか、なにか目的があったのかわかりませんが。当然無視しましたが、その日の夜は怖くてねむれませんでした。値段に比べてるとロケーションもいいし、ホテルの部屋も悪くないけれど、そういったことを鑑みると、完全に安全で快適なホテル、というわけではないです。

“Right-wing　と　Left-wing”

7月1日から3泊しました。ロケーションも良く、普段利用している「コンチネンタルホテル」よりも安かったので利用しました。宿泊して分かりましたが、このホテルには「Right-wing」（旧館？）と「Left-wing」（新館？）があり、雲泥の差があります。角部屋に宿泊しましたが、廊下と部屋は薄暗く、無線LANの電波は微弱、夜11時まで隣のバーの生演奏、シングルを2台並べたダブルベットと非常に残念でした。朝食は「Left-wing」の7階で、一度１階に降り反対側の棟へいかなければなりません。後々知り合いに聞くと、格安ネットで予約すると「Right-wing」になるそうです。もし、チェックインの際にリクエスト出来るのであれば、「Left-wing」をおすすめします。
