Everything is on average. Don't expect too much and believe the photos on the website as most of them are largely retouched. However, you get what you pay for. price and quality same
it was very tight all hotel in Ho Chi Minh. and i chose Executive double room 30 square Meter. but room is so small and can not open suite case. i was suppose to stay 3 nights. but i have checked out 2 nights

Convenient location, This chain of hotels I recommend them for any stay in Saigon, only issue there is no lift on ground floor and staff did not help me with suitcase.

Very nice hotel, close to the city center & river.
Staff & manager are all nice and very helpful in particular Thuy Linh & Michael. I'd strongly recommend it and I'll be back soon!

Different Hotel - Stayed in A&EM Hai Ba Trung
This was the hotel booked. Unfortunaely during check-in, the staff told us air-cond is not working. Then sent us to A&EM Hai Ba Trung - 2 streets away in a cab (fare paid by hotel) The 2 rooms booked was supposedly be NON-SMOKING but one of them is a smoking room. In the lobby, we found that some KOREAN tourists were smoking inside and the staff did not stop them. THIS IS VERY WRONG Other than that, its a decent hotel to stay with food and close to CBD area

Reasonable hotel around the area
This place is located in one of the most popular places in Ho Chi Minh city. Around the hotel, there are lots of nice Japanese Restaurants. 5Ku, near by the hotel is must visit site for late night beer. I'll definitely stay here again due to reasonable price and hotel condition around the area.

There is a safe in the room. Overall is ok. Do not expect anything. not recommended for couples. Your GF may not like it at all. Its ok for guys for sure. It is right in Japan town. You will think you are in Japan.

Barely polite reception by hustlers
It took three tries to get a room without a tobacco smell, left with an allergic reaction to the sheets or mosquitoes and got offered a 50 kilo tart to keep me company.

Average Hotel but Great Location
Located at District 1. Near Japanese and Korean Eateries. Very good massage opposite called Golden Lotus. Superb professional massage service. Hotel itself is showing it's age. Room is OK. Reception very friendly. Breakfast very limited. Overall it's the people that made up for its shortcoming. Good people. Just like what I like about Vietnam. Very Hospitable People. Full of smiles and full of heart.

Clean well located hotel, but lacking some service
Nice clean hotel in a good area of district 1. The rooms were clean and comfortable with free wifi. The cleaning staff were helpful, but the reception was the only let down. The '24 hour' room service menu was not available after 9pm, and my 8am wakeup call never happened.

Nice, comfortable, and centric
As a returning customer (stayed 4 previous times), I enjoyed my stay at hotel. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are ok but comfortable. I like the location of hotel as it's centric but yet on a quiet street. I think they offer good value since they include breakfast in their price. I recommend hotel.

This is a good place for someone who seeks basic accomodations in Ho Chi Minh City. It's close to everytging in District 1. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and most of them speak English.

Good location in disctrict #1 HCMC
Staff very friendly and professional. However, the standard room for the price I paid was insufficient! Very small...barely enough room to fit the bed inside! Zero ventilation! The AC machine worked, but no outside air was allowed into the space! None of the vent exhaust fans worked. Loads of construction and demolition going on adjacent to hotel...Very noisy!

噪音問題很嚴重
假如你不想休息的話，這裡是一個很好多地方。早上附近工程聲音不斷，晚上附近的遊客，深夜還有狗不停在吠，這些都是環境問題，酒店要改善的是隔音設施，關了窗還是聽得很清楚。除此之外，酒店員工都很友善，不過設施太殘舊了。
