Luxury hotel very well located. In walking distance from the main attractions and restaurants.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are very clean.
Beautiful spa area.
Relaxing spa affordable treatments.
Roof terrace amazing.
I will definitely recommend this hotel.
Outstanding hotel for an extended stay in Marrakech. Beautiful facilities and excellent staff. Centrally located between airport and downtown. 10-15 min drive to the airport. Two restaurants on the hotel grounds. We had most of our meals in the Moroccan restaurant. Jul trip was very hot, but morning hours were cool enough to sit outside for breakfast. Overall, a recommended hotel for a wonderful stay in Marrakech.

"Excellent pool but service & location not so good"
Overall we had a pleasant stay at Kenzi Farah. The pool area really makes it - beautiful gardens, large, deep pool with enough space to lounge around it. You don't feel crammed in and you're able to relax. If you're just after a comfortable, hotel-based holiday in the sun then definitely consider this place!
However - if you want to get out and about to see Marrakech, think carefully. This hotel is in a very modern, dull part of town - nothing of note around - just other big hotels. It's about a 35min walk to the main square - and further still to the Souks and other sites. The pavements around the hotel haven't all been finished yet so you find yourself walking on grainy sand, dust and gravel - difficult in sandals/flip flops. You can get taxis from right outside the hotel into town (about 10min ride) - however this involves a lot of haggling with the drivers re price. Also once inside the cab they try to take you to other places to buy Argan Oil or whatever and you have to be very firm and just say no. So getting taxis all the time can make the holiday a bit stressful unless you enjoy that sort of banter.
The other thing we found disappointing was the service - really hit and miss. On one occasion we were ignored by reception for approx 15 mins as they were doing paperwork, and another gent wanting to change money was waived away v dismissively and told to come back later.
All things considered - we did enjoy our stay purely because the pool area is just brilliant!

Beautiful hotel with fantastic interior however the staff were very moody and it took three days before we were offered a drink by the pool. The restaurant staff were slow and uninterested. A few food items went missing from our room after the cleaner had been. The food and drink was very overpriced. A can of coke cost over £3 which seemed very unreasonable!!

"the hotel lacked restaurants and no alcohol served"
We had a good time generally speaking, however, the hotel was quite far from the town center unlike the description we read and it is NOT within walking distance from it,so you need to use taxis regularly, which is very cheap Also we noticed ,too late, that all the outings we booked with them to tour the country were too expensive as we could have done it 30% cheaper. They have a lovely pool and gardens surrounding and the staff are very obliging and helpful. The TV channels were very poor and could be upgraded. But you come out feeling that in general you had a good deal
Near central Marrakech, the Hivernage section of the city is the site where many luxury villas were built during the French protectorate. Also in the area are the Menara Gardens, surrounding a large man-made lake and popular with both locals and visitors. The gardens feature several orchards of palm, olive, and fruit trees and offer an oasis from Morocco's desert heat.
