"Lovely hotel in great location, worth the money!"
We stayed in this hotel for a 3 day trip to Bruges and were very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door, the room was large and very comfortable. The highlight of the hotel was the amazing breakfast including huge slabs of Belgian chocolate and cava as well as an excellent hot and cold buffet. The gardens were lovely but we were there in the winter so couldn't really make the most of it. Also a really nice relaxing bar/lounge. There wasn't a pool in the spa but it had a sauna and steam room and a good gym with up to date equipment. Would thoroughly recommend for a luxury hotel trip.
Perfect for our stay, 10 walk from train station and a couple mins walk to main sq. Large room (#7) on the 3rd floor (top) with the cathedral right outside the window, jacuzzi bath, top staff, lovely bar with open fire
I stayed one night but could have stayed longer. The room was so beautiful and had a lovely canal view. The staff were so friendly and efficient. The hotel is a ten to fifteen minute walk from the station and is another five minutes from the main square. The hotel has a small pool and a comfy lounge and bar area. I would stay here again.
I stayed with four friends at this wonderful hotel, each with our amazing double rooms. Every luxury was provided. The rooms were spacious with huge beds, wonderful decor and superb en-suite facilities.
The staff were very friendly without being interfering. The buffet breakfast provided a variety of hot and cold dishes, so we felt no need for a lunch. The bar and lounge area were exquisite and restful.
We all came away feeling refreshed and this hotel made our visit to Bruges extra special.
Warm welcome from hotel staff, pointed out many interesting places on the map for us.
The rooms are spacious for a European City hotel and nicely decorated, large bathroom.
Temperature control great.
Breakfast substantial . Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby and the Half moon brewery just around the corner.
Great location, very picturesque area.
Me and my mother spent one night here in September 2013. Location is ideal...steps from tons of restaurants and lots of shopping. An easy walk from the train station. Check in was a breeze. Room was quiet, even though it faced the main street. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Ladies at the front desk were lovely and very kind. Breakfast was awesome, with possibly the best croissants I have ever had, and good coffee too! Excellent light in the bathroom
