First time visit to Bruges. Very impressed. Lots to see and do. A 'must' for chocaholics and history lovers. So many wonderful buildings and museums. Lots of tourists of course but that is to be expected. Go early to the main attractions to avoid queues. All in all a great trip and will definitely visit again. The Belfort Tower and the canal trips well worth doing.
Great hotel, staff were very helpful. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms however it was lovely. There was a great choice of breakfast which served in a beautiful dining room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again

GREAT ROOM. NUMBER 1 . DOOR FROM BATH ROOM TO BEDROOM WOULD BE THE ONLY CRITICISM NOT SECURE AND NO EXTRACTOR FAN IN BATHROOM.
THE REST THE STAFF AND ALL THE USUAL THINGS GREAT .
I WISH THEM WELL IN THE COMING YEARS.
Very helpful staff, good sized room with excellent view of canal and clean and comfortable accommodation. Very good breakfast and the offer of looking after our bags after checkout so we could explore Bruges some more.
Staying in this hotel felt like we lived in history. The hotel staff are very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with everything. If you look for something modern, Brugges is a wrong city and this hotel is a wrong place. The good news is we went to Brugges for a real sense of history. Thus, this hotel is perfect.
Excellent location, within easy walking distance of everything and in a quieter part of Brugge.
Parking just across from hotel so very easy to walk to hotel with luggage.
Brugge is a lovely place to visit. will go back again.
Superb experience in an elegant hotel located within a short walk of the center of Bruges. Very nice attentive staff that goes the extra steps for whatever your needs are. Beautiful old world elegance. The breakfast buffet was great and the waitress very pleasant and attentive. All the food was very fresh and a good assortment including local cheeses.
I was a little early to check into my room and they set me up in the lounge with coffee and tea service treats. The room was ready for me within 30 minutes.
Eighteen of us descended on the hotel; each of us being treated as individuals by Reception. The rooms were great, very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds! Breakfast was a treat!
The hotel is ideally placed for exploring Bruges, going for walks or taking a bike ride - we did it all!
