We stayed in one of three rooms just off the street, it was a perfect base for exploring the city and easy to find - just look and listen for the Belfort. It was lovely at night to fall asleep to the sounds of people in the street and to wake in the morning to the sound of the bells.

I had planned a few days away with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. We had been to Bruges a few years ago, so decided it was time for a return trip!
The price of the hotel was reasonable, it is situated 5 minutes from the main square, but far enough to be away from the centre noise.
The exterior of the hotel doesn't fully do the interior justice, but it is in keeping with the rest of the street. The inside is a joy, with a lovely period feel about it. The decor is wonderful and very tasteful.
We only spent two nights there, but my boyfriend hasn't stopped going on about the place!
Bruges is a lovely place to visit, with its architecture, churches, and of course, the many chocolate shops! With many small cafes and restaurants, you're never stumped for somewhere to stop for a drink or a bite to eat.

"recommended! great location & very helpful staff"
Hotel location is perfect - close to the station whether you are arriving by bus or train & just across the road from the bars & shops of the town.
Varied & generous choice of fresh breakfast items.
Very friendly & helpful staff - when we were leaving, we were overwhelmed & very grateful for the level of help we were given to book our return trip to Charleroi airport - we even saved 30 euros because the hotel manager booked on line for us!
We will return & would stay here again - we were recommended by friends & we have already recommended it to others.
Just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. It's in an ideal location so close to all the sights of Bruges. The staff are outstanding.
Also if you are watching the pennies around the corner is a good supermarket. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink so you don't have to have breakfast at the hotel which is quite pricey.
GREAT ROOM. NUMBER 1 . DOOR FROM BATH ROOM TO BEDROOM WOULD BE THE ONLY CRITICISM NOT SECURE AND NO EXTRACTOR FAN IN BATHROOM.
THE REST THE STAFF AND ALL THE USUAL THINGS GREAT .
I WISH THEM WELL IN THE COMING YEARS.
Just the best could not fault it, Book it what more can you say. I have stayed in some great hotels but this is a true gem. we were even upgraded to a superior room free of charge. You will NOT be disappointed as said just book it.
I can't say enough good things about this B&B.
Everything was spot on. The room itself is enormous, warm, cosy and very quiet.
Caroline was also the perfect host with brilliant recommendations for restaurants and various local sights.
And then there are the breakfasts! All home cooked, beautiful fresh fruit, and baked breads.
Do not stay anywhere else when in Bruges.
Eighteen of us descended on the hotel; each of us being treated as individuals by Reception. The rooms were great, very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds! Breakfast was a treat!
The hotel is ideally placed for exploring Bruges, going for walks or taking a bike ride - we did it all!
