“Excellent Hotel - far exceeds the 3 star rating awarded”

The Rihga Royal Hotel at Hiroshima exceeded our expectation of a three star hotel. The entrance was beautifully presented with a huge floral display capturing the blossom season which was when we visited Japan. The room and bathroom were very spacious with all the facilities required. We did have a problem with the internet access and were presented with a bill at the end of our stay. The information provided by the hotel was confusing and our interpretation of this advised that internet access was free. After a conversation the manager waived the bill, agreed that there was confusion and this would be addressed by the hotel.
