“Friendly,efficient and clean”

The staff was very friendly, efficient and accomodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. A little noisy from the room above as I was on the first floor, but this was a minor inconveinience.

“Best stay in Hiram GA”

For this price range, except for the internet strength the accommodations were excellent. We asked for and received an end room - probably the reason for poor internet service. We had to go to the lobby to use the internet - not a big deal - confortable lobby with lots of fresh coffee and fresh baked cookies. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was large, well furnished, clean and well maintained. The overall condition of the hotel was excellent and the hotel was attractive and comfortable. Probably the best place to stay in Hiram GA.

“It'll do”

We have stayed here several times while visiting relatives in the area. The rates are reasonable for comparable hotels in the area. It is usually clean and quiet. There are lots of eating and shopping choices nearby. The complimentary breakfast offers lots of choices.

“One over Par”

We don't typically check in early, but I've never had a problem doing so when needed at any hotel chain until this stay. While I understand that rooms may not be available, what was disappointing was the demeanor of the young woman at the front desk. She seemed annoyed that we wanted to check in early at all, and while she ultimately committed to get us a room as soon as possible, she did so reluctantly, was very pessimistic about being successful, and just rubbed me the wrong way. I wasn't charged a $25 early check-in fee, but it was mentioned, and was the first time I've ever heard it at any hotel chain. Unfortunately I know for fact that rooms were available an hour before they eventually let us check in. Very aggravating. The pillows offer no head or neck support, but they're clean as were the rooms. Its difficult to complain about a hot breakfast nowadays at a hotel, but there was no variety from day to day, it was lunchroom quality or worse, and there were no breakfast meats available. They have an indoor heated **salt water!?** swimming pool which offered no relief from the ridiculous Georgia heat. Didn't make a lot of sense to us.

“Not impressed”

We stayed over the Christmas Holiday Season. The hotel apparently felt they could cut back since it was a holiday. The free breakfast had stale pastries and no coffee. There was no room maid service on Christmas day. We were told (the next morning that they gave most of the housekeepers the day off as a holiday. We did not see a reduction in our room fee, just a reduction in service. We needed a pair of pants cleaned, and the room brochure clearly stated that there was laundry service available, and descrbed the steps to take to use it. The hotel staff declared there was no laundry service, and was mistifyed when I showed them their own room brochure. It's obvious that this hotel is run by rookies who do not know the concept of customer service.

“It is OK, but I could be better”

I believe that it is OK, but if you find some other place to stay, do it.
