“Can't Wait to go back - ""Heavenly Bed"" is just that HEAVENLY”

Resort was great. In a great location if anyone is interested in playing golf. Beach access is also wonderful !! Hotel staff is very kind and helpful.

“Nice Hotel”

Very Nice hotel Hilton Head Island is beautiful island and I will recommend this place for family vacation. We travel a lot and this is one of our choises that I will go back again and again. We visited this island few times and we loved it... Over all we enjoyed our stay . We liked the hotel. I don't think the service was great for four star hotel. I will suggest for the staff at the front desk to get more training in customer service..We did not have pleasant experience, the rooms were clean and comfortable. carpet need to be replaced or cleaned better. The nice thing about this hotel was location,pools and access to the beach. Nice place for family with kids.

“Best Customer Service”

Though the carpet in the hallway needs replacement (they already ordered it and it will be done off-season), and the rooms show some wear, one has to understand that it is a beach hotel and people will be wearing wet swimsuits and carrying sand on their flipflops, likewise not much could be done about dampness that comes from the ocean breeze (hotel is right on the beach). So if you want a dry, extra-clean experience and no kids, book a golf resort an hour drive from the beach. This hotel has best customer service we have ever seen. They were very responsive, timely and nice and always went an extra step. A waiter gave us a free desert on our last day, security gave my kid their flashlight to look for crabs on the beach, etc. etc. Any issues (e.g. broken safe) were resolved quickly and followed up next day (and sent us fruit basket and bottle of champagne). When we asked to clean dirt on the carpet, the supervisor came right away and scrubbed it off, he it smelled it and said it was coffee (we know he did it to comfort us, we knew it was not coffee because we made the mess ourselves :) I noticed that when a restaurant waiter was carrying dishes and needed help opening the door, a couple of guests stood up from their tables to help (you'd never see this happen anywhere else), so other guests must have been treated just as roually as us.

“Perfect place”

The hotel was wonderful. We like the fact that the beach was right there next to the pools so our kids had a variety.we could rent bikes right at the hotel and the golf courses were on the hotel premises with the free shuttle to the courses made things very convenient.My husband could golf while we enjoyed the pool and the beach. The staff was very helpful in choosing a kayak trip for us and booking the arrangements including the transportation.The staff was extremly helpful and caring when our son got stung by a stingray- They helped clean out the wound and arrange for transportation to and from the hospital Er. (Our son was fine we were just being extra cautious)I would definately return to this hotel

“Will be back!!”

The hotel is very nice. Our room was on the 5th floor and quite a walk from the elevator closest to the Lobby. The room was wonderful and the Ocean View was beautiful. The only thing that could have made this trip better would be if I had not had a cold and if it had been warmer. But, the beach is good with or without the sun.

“Hilton Heads Best Hotel!!”

Everything about this hotel was perfect except the rooms were kinda small but other than that it was Awesome and I will come back!! Try the breakfast buffet very good! And the hotel grounds are beautifull!! The beds are so heavnly!! Cant wait to go back!!!

“Hilton Head sure bet”

One of the best features of the Westin Hilton Head(aside from its location on the ocean, outdoor restaurant, pools and spa, indoor pool, accessibility to the mainland, etc) is its staff. To a person they were helpful, cheery, friendly and made our stay there so pleasant. It's nice to be there, anyway, but the contrast with places we have stayed before that had indifferent or curt staff, was noteable. We will go back when the opportunity arises...and hope the staff remains the same!

“Perfect Mini Honeymoon Get-away”

The hotel was beautiful! No wait for the elevators, very efficient. Food was good, obviously a little steep at the resort. I enjoyed luxurious accomodations in the spa. The staff even gave my husband and I a Lavender Bath Set in honor of our celebration. We look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.
