“Okay”

Okay room for sleeping and showers. Internet service did not work in room. Had to go to the lobby to get internet service.

“Just a place to sleep, thats IT!”

Ceiling was falling in. TV remote fell apart. TV sucked internet was slow

“stay was comfortable and nice”

we checked in to the hotel late in the night as it was very foggy to drive through the mountains. Our stay was comfortable , the hotel was clean,. the hotel staff was very helpful.

“Hillsville Trip”

Everything was as expected when we checked in, but there was no water for us to take a shower on Monday Morning. Not very happy and they did nothing about it.

“Cigar Smell”

This room was supposed to be "non-smoking". It had a very strong cigar smoke odor. I seriously considered going somewhere else for the night but as I had already prepaid I did not want to deal with the refund hastle. The condition of the room was also a bit run down. I decided I am off of Day's Inn because you never know what the quality is going to be. I stayed the next night at a Holiday Inn Express paying only a little more and the room was clean, odor free and very well maintained.
