On arriving at the hotel,
The service was prompt and extremely friendly I recieved information about transport and the facilities that are availible from the hotel and anything I did not comprehend at the time was clarified by a welcoming book within the comforts of my room food was very nice and the room service staff member very friendly the female on the desk at reception I believe was Paula was absolutely brilliant and made my expierence go from great to acceptional she went above and beyond her duty and for that I will be returning to this faultless hotel thanks you everyone at the radisson for such a great stay !
I love this hotel. We stayed here twice on our trip to London. 24 hour front desk, staff were extremely helpful and eager to please.We had both a one bedroom, one bath apartment and a two bedroom two bath apartment that we upgraded to. Very clean, good size fridge and freezer, beds, linens were great. Kitchen is well stocked and contains coffee, tea, milk. Grocery right next door. Good value and service.
This is always our other top hotel at Heathrow, we find it good value for money as it does good deals,as £126 for Friday and sat with breakfast is pretty good, as for the hotel it's nice and welcoming, staff are pleasant and welcoming, breakfast its self is not a bad breakfast, all the usual at the counter it's tasty and well cooked, it's a breakfast and it's fine, good lifts, if you look hard for things you will find them, don't look hard, it's a hotel wear and tear expected, just enjoy your visit, plenty of parking £12 for 24 hrs, buffet dinner good value for money and again it is fine. We will stay here again
Greeted by warm and helpful staff. The hotel was really well presented. The room was roomy and clean with a lovely bed. Bathroom was fine with a wonderful shower. Tiles were a bit grotty but that is just a minor note. Great continental breakfast until 10.30AM, a minute from the tube. Couldn't have asked for more for the price.
