For £19 pound had to look 3 times and check for typo error for such a high class former conference hotel. Yet true as advertised bonus is nectar point added , memorable relaxing experience , easy exact sat nav positioning . But have to point the bad new about this hotel is that De ver will sell the land in the near future for housing development , Shame really it's a great place . Good news De ver have other hotels just hope the standard meets my expectation .

I stayed in The Buckingham Hotel for several nights along with my sister while on vacation from Canada.
We found the location good, the amenities more than adequate and the beds were excellent. But more than any of that, it was the staff that won our loyalty. We will return to High Wycombe and we will stay at the The Buckingham Hotel.
I have stayed at this small hotel/guest house before. Like last time, I received a very good late booking deal. The hotel comprises a main building and an annexe next door. I was put in a room in the annexe. The room was clean and comfortable. It even had a mini kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. As I has to leave early in the morning this was most welcome. The hotel is on the main road to West Wycombe so you should expect some noise, especially if you are in one of the rooms at the front. Having said that, the night was not too warm, so I was able to leave the double glazed window shut.
The staff are always friendly and it offers very good value for money. If you don't want all the luxury and frills of a big chain, then this is worth considering.
The rooms are small, set away from the pub, with parking directly in the front. However just because the rooms are small, everything is there, a wet room bathroom, very good under floor heating, everything that you need. The breakfasts are excellent, cooked to order.
Having arrived after 10 pm the receptionist got the Chef out of his room, after having closed doen the kitchen for the night, so that we could get a meal.
First class service & wonderful hospitality - a lot of the major chains could learn a thing or two from the Fox Country Inn.
