The staff is very friendly and the property is in very good condition. The breakfast is sufficient. The proprietors have done a great job of maintaining their quaint hotel.

Pillows were very hard. We also showed up at 1:30 in the afternoon hoping to drop our luggage off since it was before check in. Door was locked and a sign said they were gone for a few hours every afternoon 4 days a week. Would have been nice to get an email stating this. We had to lug our suitcases around for 2 hours. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Great little hotel with a perfect location and fair price. Very nice and accommodating staff, took great care of us. Only drawbacks are no A/C and parking entrance is small for a larger vehicle (take your time!).

Hotel La Villa des Fleurs is a gorgeous property; beautiful terrace and back garden and lovely decor. We enjoyed an abundant breakfast with wonderful coffees. The location is a short walk from the train and a shorter walk to the main square with restaurants and shops. It was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic hotel would recommend
Loved this hotel it's a really grand building set in the centre of Spa, very clean, the staff were amazing and so was the breakfast. Will stay here again next time I visit Spa

A stopover in Spa
We were met by a friendly woman who directed us where to park. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Nice property. Nice staff but our check in said it could happen at 3 but they were not open until 3:30. Beautiful. No A/C if that is important to you or depending on the time of the year. Good location. Great city. LARGE rooms. Well appointed. Sitting area in room. Large bath with great shower.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting.
Such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Service was first class. Breakfast was great. Spa was a great visit and this hotel made it even better. Location is near many restaurants and great for walking. The funicular to the spa is about a five minute walk.

It is a quaint hotel in the middle of town. It has free parking at the rear of the property which is secure at night. It has a lovely garden also at the rear of the property. The room was very spacious. The reception lady was brilliant, offering and delivering breakfast to us the night before as we had to leave before breakfast started.

Classified building, very authentic, very spacious room, great location, with gated parking. Breakfast has a fair variety. This is a small hotel so don't expect the 5 star service, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Extremely noisy room
This is a nice hotel with a great location. Our disappointment was the noise level outside our room. The hotel is configured with 6 rooms per floor - 5 of which are behind a separate door. Our room was outside that door and beside the elevator (not really a big issue) but right off the stairwell. It was incredibly noisy - we heard everyone who came in the front entrance regardless of how late it was. We certainly didn't appreciate the guests who sounded like they were very intoxicated when they entered the hotel at 1:00 AM. We didn't get much sleep.

Overrated hotel
Overall speaking, it was a disappointing experience during our stay in this relatively expensive hotel. Although it looked quite nice from outside and it offered the free parking, the room was rather small and the floor made a lot of noises. The door was not soundproof at all. We could hear everything clearly when someone talked/walked in the lobby or hallway. The Wifi was very unstable and almost impossible to connect. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated but the choices were limited.

Very nicely decorated hotel. Staff is helpful and all speak English. The only thing I would say is that you must upgrade to a larger room. The std. rooms are OK for 1 person, but too small for 2 people.

A really comfortable stay
Located in the centre of Spa, you really can't go wrong with this hotel. Set in a beautiful building, the room I was given was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was ample and there was a plenty of choice - even the offer of cooked eggs the way you want. I would definitely stay here again.

Five minute walk to the centre of Spa.
Great building with many period features, the wooden floor in the dining room is fabulous. Secure car park for the bike is nice, but graveled surface can be tricky. Second time here and is my hotel of choice.

Very Good experience.
Hotel was comfortable. Good size bedroom with all facilities we needed. Breakfast was well presented and available for several hours. Visiting a relative we were able to come back to the hotel each afternoon for a rest.

Une nuit avant un e journée sur le circuit.
Très belle bâtisse, un charme et une élégance incroyables. Attention toutefois à ne pas réserver la chambre confort (petite+++). Emplacement idéal, personnel parfait. Stationnement disponible et pratique. Ne pas hésiter à demander la largeur du portail d’entrée (peut-être limite pour certaines voitures un peu larges). À recommander.
