Great stay

Pros: Room, cleanliness, efficiency and politeness of staff, pool and fitness center, price, family friendly.
Cons: Not that I can think of.
Location: Can't imagine staying here with out a car as it's on main highway.
Last minute booking. Expected this to be a really basic hotel (v. inexpensive) but it was so much better. Everything we needed in the room. Fantastic staff. Really nice and clean pool. Great breakfast. Incredible value for money. Will def. return.

Me and my fiancé thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we were made very welcome, the hotel staff were very nice, and willing to have a laugh with you, but also keeping to a professional standard. The room was fantastic and the bed was a dream

This hotel was very average .We got rudely awaken at half 7 in the morning by housekeeping letting themselves into the room.We also got told are deal included breakfast at the main desk after looking online because I didn't think we had bought breakfast,i could see they had made a mistake.Its a shame because the hotel itself was very nice but the customer service needs work.

It was fine apart from the fact I askd for a Bath in the room and was given a room without a bath. this was the main reason I booked the room as my wife need to be away for a night relax in a hot tub.

When I booked I booked a Privilege Room. What I got was a standard room with the added extras. I was slightly annoyed and I had to confirm twice it was the right room. Apart from that it was ok.
