mouldy bedroom walls, dirty carpets

Cons: everything!!
Never again!! staff are rude, hotel is dirty, and the rooms are disgusting. This hotel needs shutting down. I was greeted by the staff, who were all talking about there night out they was arranging. I asked for a double room, two singles pushed together was just not acceptable. The kettle was black inside, and the wardrobe was damaged. the carpet was dirty, marked and stained along with a cork screw in the corner, (shows It hasn't been cleaned) Dirty net curtains with condensated windows and half the wallpaper peeling under the radiator is appalling.

Good pool

Pros: The pool, free parking, the noise levels.
Cons: The staff could be a bit politer/keener to help.
The room was comfortable - if too warm, but that seems to be a feature of all hotel rooms these days. Good bed, good bathroom, reasonably quiet. We had a lovely swim in the pool in the morning, which was great. The jacuzzi was rather nice too.

Great stay

Pros: Room, cleanliness, efficiency and politeness of staff, pool and fitness center, price, family friendly.
Cons: Not that I can think of.
Location: Can't imagine staying here with out a car as it's on main highway.
Last minute booking. Expected this to be a really basic hotel (v. inexpensive) but it was so much better. Everything we needed in the room. Fantastic staff. Really nice and clean pool. Great breakfast. Incredible value for money. Will def. return.

Lovely room but.....

I was promised an early alarm call and paper, despite daily reminder I got neither. The hotel need to look after their lone female guests, in four nights three people tried to get into my room and I was so far from reception there was no point calling them I just dealt with it. The food was good and restaurant staff delightful which is just as well because there is nowhere else for miles.

Me and my fiancé thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we were made very welcome, the hotel staff were very nice, and willing to have a laugh with you, but also keeping to a professional standard. The room was fantastic and the bed was a dream
