Arrived in the early hours of the morning to wonderful snow scenes and lights. Children would be enchanted. Staff friendly and patient.
One problem, awaiting men to get hire cars, so sitting in reception before settling account wanted coffee. No local currency to hand so arranged to put on main bill, took a lot of time. In hindsight a free coffee would have shown excellent service, it was after all only one.
love it, little inconvenient is the tv to high and maybe to small for the huge room what they have , in rest everything was perfect, if you are in transit or you want to stay is perfect, is far for highway so you can be disturb by the noise of the cars and trucks
very nice and new looking hotel, although far from everything and off the main road. However , very convenient if you want to stay close to the airport, or are coming in late at night. residential neighborhood with nothing to see or do, supermarket close by, trip to downtown Bucharest by taxi will cost about 20 ron, appx 6 or 7 USD. Hotel staff was very friendy and accomodating.

Excellent service, great personal service. Hotel employees were very courteous and went beyond and above their duty in accommodating our requests. Restaurant is just great, good food and service.
Most of all, this hotel doesn't have a disco like some other low quality Romanian hotels which are still in the 50s-60s era with all night super loud disco noise.
Al in all, if you want a place to rest peacefully, this is the place. Will definetely stay there again.

I booked this hotel from a smartphone from Germany on what was a horrendous adventure from the United States. Traveling for 2 1/2 days straight I was so glad arriving at the hotel that the front desk was very welcoming and understanding. I found the Romanian people so warm and generous in general but this was excellent. The breakfasts I thought were first rate and the front desk even made me try a few Romanian foods. To me this is so important especially as a solo traveler. Most in the hotel spoke good English.
The room was comfortable enough with a lot of TV channels.
This hotel was on the outside of the city but the front desk would call a taxi which costs about $4-6 into the city center so I used it several times.
