"Not what we had booked but were charged anyway!!"
We had reserved two family rooms so that my husband and I could stay in one and our teenage daughters in the other. When we arrived the hotel had moved our reservation to a self catering house (that sleeps 8 people) and a family room for our daughters. The house and the hotel were in two seperate areas of the lodge and quite far apart so needless to say, we kept the family together in the house. It was not what I had reserved and paid for yet we were charged the full amount for the original booking. The hotel has a restaurant which serves the most horrible food I have ever eaten. The Christmas dinner buffet was just nasty!!! I would not recomend going here unless you want to rent a self catering house and do your own cooking. OH AND BY THE WAY GREEN IS NOT THE NORMAL COLOUR FOR A SWIMMING POOL!!!!!!

The place is superb!! The only reason I'm giving a 3 for the comforrt is because our room was not cleaned at all during our 3 night stay...Danielle and the male employees are just amazing! Danville will happily assist you with anything you need. However, the lady that cleans has the worst attitude ever..she is always so angry and can't be bothered saying hallo back...that is the only downfall...I would go back in a heartbeat!!! Amazin place!
