"Gorgeous entrance to the property with towering, perfectly-manicured palm trees lining either side of the drive. The lake view is stunning, and the pool is ample size. Breakfast at Rick’s was delicious - lox omelette with potatoes and Starbucks coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Dining options are really nice and offer great food. Staff was fine."

"The staff in the restaurant was very efficient, friendly, cheerful and even remembered us and what we ate the day before. The food was good. The room was spacious and I liked the walk-in shower. The King-size bed was a bit lumpy and the two chairs beside the fireplace needed more "cush" in the seat, but this wasn't a big deal and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even though the hotel was a non-smoking hotel, the smoke odor from the casino sneaked up to the hotel, which was off-putting. "

"The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to assist with whatever you need or answer whatever question you might have. They touch bases w you to see if your request had been handled and always ask if there is anything else they can do for you. Great business model! "
