Great experience!
Great experience in a city I used to live in before! I went with a lot of expectations and the hotel lived up to it. Great facilities and staff! Also very conveniently located for me!

Not recommend unless u like self service everythin
Have hard time finding the room & using the code to enter the room. Check in only allow at 16:00 was very late. All the window hinge was broken, the bed set up in the sitting room was smelly. We need to prepare our own bed. We shower without a single soap in the room, only detergent for cleaning up the dishes which was required. Hostel style apartment but not the hostel price.

Keyless system requires a key and 10km round trip
Though the apartment was okay, this was not Albertinkatu as I had booked, but mysteriously relocated to Tehtaankatu. 1km further away from the city centre, closer to the marina. On arrival in the city centre at 15:00, I waited at the central station (free wifi) for the supposed keyless keycode to arrive via text/email.... nothing. After trying to contact Forenom and waiting for call back (twice), and asked my wife (at home) to contact Expedia (call centre in India, an hour of getting know where). I eventually received a telephone call from Forenom asking was I going to collect the key. As business close at 17:00 I had to find a taxi to get me to Forenom to collect the key. The round trip back to the new address cost me 39 euros. At the end of my trip, I then had to return the key to the office. If I had known about this hassle, I would have either planned ahead and organised a bus, or booked elsewhere. The apartment was okay, great for exercising the legs to walk to the city centre. There is an Alepa supermarket nearby, but be sure to have a city map, otherwise you will easily become lost and disoriented.

It was very clean and a quite big apartment for two persons. The location is very nice because we could easilly access bus station and many markets.
