Great location! Right across from town’s main area and the castle. Very walkable. Grocery stores, market days, small local mall, mini zoo, lots restaurants, even a Michellin star restaurant! Great staff! Super helpful and friendly! The food and drink are great! Very reasonable. The property is old and lack of maintenance, lights don’t work, fridges are not cold, stinky dishwasher, the vents above the stove don’t work and super dirty, dark, drains don’t work very well, water is green and smells, small old thin towels, falling apart carpets, all the rooms smell musty, rooms facing the main street is super noisy till 4 am, parking spaces are very tight. But the rooms are relatively big.

Fijn centraal gelegen hotel
Prachtig centraal gelegen hotel. Heel mooi oud gebouw met nieuwe hotel-aanbouw. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Lekker ontbijt (op zaterdag en zondag helaas slecht bijgevuld, herhaaldelijk vragen). Hele vriendelijke receptionistes en ontbijt medewerksters. Ook jammer dat onze kamer de eerste dag overgeslagen werd met schoonmaken. 3x moeten vragen om schone handdoeken. Verder zeker een aanrader.

Great for a quick stop on our way through Helmond.
Easy parking, late check-in (up to 2am), very clean hotel. Great room, plenty of space for 5 of us (with an extra bed added) Felt the breakfast was on the expensive side & the member of staff was a tad rude. She followed us out as if we weren’t going to pay for the food, even though I said we would stop at reception and pay when checking out (because my husband had to take one of our children back up to the room & he had the bank card on him) Would definitely stay again, although next time we will take our own food and eat in the room for breakfast.

Nice hotel. Room was clean. There was a separate bath and shower. Water was hot very quickly. Quite a few shops and restaurants within a short walk. Service at the front desk was excellent. Restaurant inside the hotel was ok.

Lovely hotel in great location
Hi really nice location and high standard hotel. Nice dinner also and decent breakfast. Reception sorted out an issue with booking. They also sorted me a taxi. Thank you and will visit again.

Best hotel in town, probably.
The hotel is in a great location for the town centre it also has a nice character and a lovely outside terrace. Nice size rooms and well equipped with decent WiFi. Additional cost of car parking and breakfast is quite expensive considering the rooms rates are already high for the area. Breakfast was adequate but nothing too exciting for the extra cost.

Best in Helmond
Only spent two nights at the hotel and was not in the room much at all. When in my room I found it to be very quiet and with the black out curtains drawn the early morning sun never entered the room. So if you wanted to sleep late, not problem. But then again in Holland in the late fall, the early morning sun is really non-existent. At any rate the room was dark if you wanted to sleep late into the morning - and again quiet. Bathroom was quiet large by most European standards with both a bath tub and a separate showed. The staff was helpful and pleasant. No problem with check-in or check-out, everything was in order. Stay was brief, without incident and enjoyable.

Bij vergissing hadden we een themakamer gereserveerd. We vonden de kamer tegen vallen. Beschadigde muren, erg vol, rommelig, lampjes scheef. Vreemde geur (wierook?). Dit hoorde misschien allemaal bij het thema, dat is dan aan ons niet besteed. Volgende keer weer gewoon een standaard kamer in dit verder prima hotel.
