“tired”

Staff were very nice. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Rooms tired and could be cleaner.

“Frequent Place”

Jogenson's motel is a good and reasonably priced motel. The staff have always been friendly and ready to serve. Their free breakfast in their restaurant is very good and comfortable compared to continental self serve breakfasts in lobbys. There is a nice indoor swimming pool. The wireless internet service is superior except in the separate budget building at the back.

Area recommendations

All accommodation in Helena is close to highway I-15 exits with food services nearby. Shopping malls etc are 10 minutes away.

“I disliked this hotel just as much the last time I stayed there...TEN years ago.”

After a horrible experience at Jorgensen's ten years ago (filthy room, terrible service...etc.), I swore to myself I'd never stay there again. Well, fast forward ten years and what do you know, I had to stay there again because I was made the poor decision to use the low-rate-but-you-have-no-idea-where-you'll-be-staying option at Expedia. I gambled and lost...and ended up having to stay at Jorgensen's again. This place is in just as run down condition as it was ten years ago. Everything is still outdated, the rooms are small, drab and dreary, and the parking still sucks. I dare you to find a decent parking spot if the place is nearly full, which it was, because this is Helena and legislature was in session. I was blessed with a special treat when some of the hotel staff decided to take a smoke break outside my ground floor room window and talk loudly for about 20 minutes at around 10pm. Wonderful. The smoke smell wafting in was lovely, too. While I indeed get a substantial discount on their normally way-overpriced rate, I would have rather stayed at a Motel 6. So, in closing, if you're given the option of staying at Jorgensen's again, skip it. You'd be happier sleeping in your car.

“Most convenient hotel in Helena”

Check in was fast and easy, prices extremely affordable, room clean, parking easy, included breakfast excellent, pool great, all under one roof.

“comfort in Helena”

I really liked the hotel location, and size and comfort of the room. I slept well every night, unlike most hotels I've been in. The breakfasts were large and satisfying; I had 4 options each day. I wasn't impressed with the pool area, but wasn't really set on swimming.

Area recommendations

The downtown historic area hold many treasures, cute stores and history. Also, general shopping takes place out in the W. Custer/ N. Montana Ave. area.

“Good breakfast idea”

I would stay here again and try to take advantage of the "free" breakfast served in a restaurant not just a breakfast bar. Staff honored my request for a quiet room on the top floor.

“A good place to stay in Helena”

This is a good motel with a helpful, friendly staff. It is centrally located with easy access to shopping and attractions.The restaurant had good food at reasonable prices, and good service.

“Not bad”

We had the basic room, and it was okay but nothing fancy (coffee pot, no microwave or fridge). The breakfast was free, and it was good too, with different choices from the restaurant.
