My husband and I enjoyed our stay at SureStay. We were able to enjoy the shops and restaurants nearby without having to drive. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast included cereal, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. The beds were not as comfortable as other places I’ve stayed in; however, SureStay would still be our 1st choice the next time we visit Helen.

Construction and layout do not lend this property to have privacy. If you open the window shades anyone walking through the catwalk can see you.

Property was close to everything we wanted to visit. Clean “older” hotel. Our sink kept gurgling and backing up our entire trip. Leaving debris in the sink. It did not come from drain but the overflow hole. When we discreetly told the front desk person she didn’t seem to care.Said something about construction, which we also heard throughout our weekend. We didn’t expect any refund or anything, but was disappointed that she didn’t even apologize or seemed to care. We only wanted to make the hotel staff aware before letting someone else experience what we did. Other than that our stay was fine.

It’s an older hotel, no elavator but only two stories. Room was clean bed was comfortable no clock ! bathroom clean, good location can walk town easily We had some unbelievably loud bad neighbors, but that’s not the hotels fault

Had a problem that we needed maintenance man. He arrived within 5 minutes and was extremely helpful and courageous.. shoved our problem within 10 minutes. Staff at front desk and maid service were very professional!

Great stay! Great value!
We had a really nice stay to celebrate our anniversary. Front desk and housekeeping ladies all super friendly and courteous. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. They made recent upgrades including TV which was 55” which was nice. Nice to have breakfast included…oatmeal, different breads, cereal, refrigerated hard boiled eggs, yogurts and breakfast sandwiches. Coffee was yummy. Loved the Christmas decor and spirit. Definitely will stay here again!

The hotel was clean. Beds were average to hard. Bathroom clean but curtain tiny, barely fit in tub. Worst thing was... they gave an elaborate speech about not using room towels at the pool (only reason we booked this hotel). That we should only use the pool side towels. At 29 degrees we run to pool. Four of us...one towel. My husband goes to the front desk, she says... "not my problem". ?????
