“Can't wait to return - definitely a repeat!”

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice - wish it had a mini fridge. Literally right around a curve from downtown Helen. Extremely well lit parking lot. The pool and hot-tub were AMAZING - in the middle of March they were warm

“Mountain Trip”

We stayed here for a trip to Helen and we had a blast. This hotel has an indoor pool that was very clean and really warm and since we traveled here in February that was fantastic! The free breakfast was also nice with sausage biscuits and cereal plus fruit. We had a very nice stay here.

“ok”

too far from town to walk so had to drive and find parking. will stay at a closer hotel next time

“Helen's top hotel”

The Ramada Limited In Helen Georgia is a very comfortable, relaxing and clean hotel. The lady who runs it was very welcoming and genuine. She ws truely service orientated, making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

“Ramada--never again”

We booked two non-smoking rooms, king rooms. Upon registration, we were told that the only rooms available were smoking. Seeing our disgust, we were allowed to change one room to a non-smoking king and the other to a non-smoking double. The hotel clerk was very nice, but the confusion was frustrating to say the least. The rooms were dated and generally not well maintained. The room appeared to have only been vacuumed in the middle of the floor. Dust was caked in the carpet next to the walls. The shower curtain rod was bent in the middle as though someone had swung on it; therefore, it did little to keep water from spraying into the bathroom. We have decided to take Ramadas off of our list of acceptable hotels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“It worked for us”

We were there for Octoberfest. It was a reasonable price for a place where we were spending only our sleeping time. A bit away from town but we like to walk. Staff was pleasant.

“Good for short stay”

This is definitely a 2 star motel. Good if you only have to stay 1-2 nights max. Location of motel is within walking distance of the waterpark and transportation for the tubing. Pool water is cloudy. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

“Won't go back”

The room had stained carpets, bathroom had mold on the walls. The free breakfast was served in a very small area with not enought room to accomodate the hotel patrons and the milk was sour. The pool area had slimy floors and cloudy water. The only things going for it was a quiet area and the bed was comfortable. The motel needs some serious updating

“Ramada Inn use to be so much better, wont stay here again”

I have stayed at this motel before about 2 years ago and the front desk lady was awesome and she was so helpful. Not this time! He was rude, monotone comments and was not helpful. The room was cramped, shower rod broken so the curtain would not stayed closed. Not at all happy with the service or the comfort of the room.
