“Great deal”

Comfortable bed, sitting area, great shower, breakfast with meat, close to the interstate, good price.....what more could you want for a hotel room?

Well decorated from lobby to rooms. Huge room.great bathroom best idea was outlets ABOVE nightstand so you didn't have to move furniture or unplug lamp or clock for guest use. Fantastic home cooked breakfast. Real gravy. Soft biscuits. And the lovely ladies staffing the breakfast room cooked & served the waffles. It was like being at moms! I've stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide & can't believe what I found in Hays KS. Kudos to Land of Ahs and Best Western.

“Excellent place to rest and relax”

I had excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. A warm and sincere greeting with a friendly smile. I asked for something and within 5 minutes of getting to my room she got it for me. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect! The breakfast was nice as well as the staff setting it up. I would recommend it with 5/5 stars!

We loved everything about this hotel: roomy room, laid out well, wired internet, full complimentary breakfast, good location near many restaurants, service stations, etc. This will be the place we stay the next time we are in Hays, KS.

“May be the best hotel at which I have ever stayed”

We arrived at the end of long day's drive. The hotel was as described. Easy to get to off the interstate. Fairly new. Service at the late hour was still great. The room was wonderful. The beds slept so well. The room was spacious despite having two queen beds. And the breakfast was good; the two ladies running the kitchen were a delight. All things considered this may be the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

“Dependable and reliable”

I periodically stay in Hays for a night as my son is in college there. This is the only hotel I've been willing to go back to. It's always clean, quite and convenient. The hot tub and indoor pool are a nice perk to sit back and visit with my son.

this is a nice, clean, family friendly hotel built only 2 years ago. No problems with the room or desk service. My only complaint is that breakfast could have been better.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Everything was comfortable and clean. The rooms were spacious. The pool and hot tub was perfect after a long drive and the complimentary breakfast was just what I like (cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt). They also have other choices, including hot waffles, biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, pastries, etc. When we arrived my 8 year old said "This must be a 5 star hotel!" - Not quite, but I would definitely recommend to anyone staying over in Hays, Kansas.
