  • Driving directions from Kona International Airport:
  • Turn left onto Hwy 19 and proceed for approximately 18 miles.
  • Turn left onto Waikoloa Beach Dr.
  • Proceed for another mile past the Kings Shops, and turn right onto Keana Pl.
  • The Vista Waikoloa (the check-in office) is the first gated property on the right. Follow the instructions on the key pad to access the gate, the check-in office is the first building on the left.
  • Guests must call the property upon arrival at the airport. A staff member will be available at the check-in office to assist guests arriving between 9 AM and 4 PM (office hours may vary slightly based on occupancy). Guests arriving after hours will find their keys in a lock box to the right of check-in office door. Guests can call the office number on arrival and an answering service will provide the combination to the lock box.

“WONDERFUL”

We've been here before. Always a great experience. The unit we had was perfect, right outside our door was the pool.

“Great unit”

2BR/2BA condo, very nice subdivision. Our unit was only ~50ft from the swimming pool. 1BR was upstairs, 1 downstairs, which was nice. Very well-appointed unit; granite counters, tile/carpet, fairly new & higher-end furnishings. Easy to access the island from this location. Would definitely stay there again.

Outdoors or beach
Go to the beach near Puako (turn west onto Puako Rd), it's fantastic.

“Most relaxing vacation ever!”

For our trip to Hawaii (Big Island) this year we decided to stay in a condo (town house really) rather than a hotel. Turned out to be so much better. Independence, peace and quiet. Maybe 3 people by the pool on a busy day! The villa complex was meticulously maintained and the accommodations were top notch. Location was ideal - quiet and peaceful, yet just a 3 minute drive from Hilton and Marriot, two shopping complexes and beaches.

Events and shows
Luau at the Waikoloa Marriot was excellent value, and food was plentiful and tasty.
