“ok but be aware of certain important limitations”

average hotel in most basic aspects but: 1] free wireless internet is of poor speed and cant watch a you tube video or online news,just enough for email 2] hot water is dependent on no of fellow guests in hotels taking bath...in that cold climate the hotel cant provide consistent hot water..this was unbelievable...3 days out of 5 the water was just warm enough to manage 3] no travel card for local travel[which is standard for most hotels]

“Great location but some improvements needed”

Rooms are clean but old. No room service except changing towels. Location is 300 meters from the Swiss boarder. Neighborhood has plenty of places to eat plus a supermarket where we bought stuff for breakfast. Rooms had a small kitchenette and that was very much helpful plus the Internet. Staff was nice and very helpful.

“Good hotel”

Nice place to stay with the family. Comfortable rooms, good location, close to public transportation.

“Basic but OK for price.”

The hotel was quite basic but reasonable value for the price. We did not like the arrangement in our studio apartment where the toilet was separate to the bathroom and right next to the kitchen area. The staff were helpful. Location OK, close to French supermarket and about 400 metres from Geneva tram terminal with frequent trams to city centre (about 20 mins)

“Quality hotel near Geneva”

The hotel is located near the border between Switzerland and France. Free parking and free wireless internet are offered. The guestroom is clean. There is a stove in the room. The bathroom is separated from the toilet. One supermarket is near the hotel.

“it was chosen due to location”

We selected this hotel because it is close to our daughter apartment in Geneva. In other situation we would rather choose another hotel located closer to the center of Geneva. But hotel rates are not high, they provide free internet access and breakfasts.

“Gaillard and pizza”

It's the second time we've used this hotel and the second time we've had pizza in the shop across the road. Mama Rosa's or something like that. We've had a hire car with us so not too worried about the out of town location - in fact we chose it for that reason. Oh and the pizza was nice and the staff very friendly. Would definitely go back for both hotel and pizza.

“Worst hotel ever”

I stayed here as it was close to where I had to visit when I visiting Geneva. The hotel location is not the best as there were a lot of unruly elements around. The hotel room smelt really bad and had to leave the hotel after 2 days and move downtown Geneva to a 4 star hotel. The airconditioning didnt work and also the wireless internet was really slow. Never stay at this hotel.

“Not a good choice for Geneva airport”

This hotel seemed like a good bet when catching a flight at Geneva airport. It isn't - the taxi ride is approxmitely $100 each way, and there is no good public transportation. The hotel itself is very basic and not in an attractive area.
