"La Voile" is the main restaurant offering about 40 places. It is very important to book a table at the moment of the reservation! Opened every day for buffet breakfasts, lunches and "A la carte" diners "La Voile" invites you in a refined setting and offers a french traditional Cuisine.

For people who prefer enjoying their meal within their room, L'Impérial Palace make available a Room Service (limited schedule).

The "Poker Café" is the Casino's pub located in the heart of the slot machines area. Opened daily from noon until 1:30 am within the week and 3:00 am on week-end, the "Poker Café" is ""The" place for people who enjoy snacks while watching live sports on TV or "Live Music".

“A 4 Star hotel? Reaching for 2 Stars”

This Hotel needs a major overhaul to be 4 stars. The rooms are small and the service is totaly lacking. The location and view are the only redeemable feature.

“L'imperial palace hotel annecy”

I don't normally bother with reviews because they are often biased by unreliastic expectations but this this hotel warrants an exception. Having been fortunate enough to have stayed in some prestigious hotels around the world, for the price we paid, this ranked among the best. Having recently been renovated the hotel is in excellent condition inside and out and the rooms are particularly well appointed. I just can't understand anyone criticising this place for any reason at all. Take just this one example. There is nothing more irritating than arriving at a supposedly luxury hotel to find no complimentary tea and coffee facilities and you've got to phone and beg some surly idiot to bring you something to drink, that is invariably tepid at best by the time it arrives. Not here! Even the mini bar was free - no kidding! No alcoholic stuff in their but anything else you could possibly want to quench your thirst. We didn't eat in the hotel only because we wanted to see the old town in the evening but the restaurants looked on par with the rest if the hotel. No trying to spiv even more money out of the guest by charging for parking or anything like that either. Some of the other chains could learn a lot from whoever runs this place. Fantastic.

“Not impressed with the service in the restaurant”

The hotel was comfortable and clean, but despite my booking being for a 'terrace lake view', I was on the 6th floor with a tiny balcony (I did have a view of the lake). They had put me in a suite, but as I was travelling alone, paid the extra to have private outside seating I was disappointed, and there were no terrace rooms available. It is a great location right on the lake, and easy walk into town. The attitiude of one of the maitre d's was miserable, and the food was average. I have never before had overcooked lamb in France, usually have to send it back so that it is warmed through. Not worth the money, and I won't stay there again.

“L'Imperial Palace Annecy FRANCE”

Prachtig hotel, met even zo mooi uitzicht. Ook de late check-out heb ik erg gewardeerd. De kamer was verder prima, en keurig verzorgd. Het enige wat jammer was, is dat de er 's-middag geen gelegenheid was om even een kopje koffie in de bar te drinken (alleen volledige lunch).

“Hotel in posizione unica fronte lago con tutti i confort”

La posizione dell'hotel è unica. Immerso nel verde e fronte lago. Con una breve passeggiata lungolago si raggiunge comodamente il centro, Cittadina caratteristica per i suoi canali e molto carina.

Area recommendations

Tutta Annecy è da vedere. Non è grande, anzi e la si gira comodamente a piedi. Consiglio anche una escursione in battello del lago.

“Parfait... sauf...”

Tres bel hotel, chambre tres agreable, vue sur le lac exceptionnelle !!! Le seul probleme pour un hotel comme l'Imperial Palace est qu'il n'y a pas de service voiturier, ni de bagagiste. Un peu dommage pour un si bel hotel. La reception est tres aimable ce qui fait oublier ce petit probleme. Quoi qu'il en soit c'est un lieu de reve.......

“Das Hotel Imperial Palace liegt in Traumlage direkt am Lac d'Annecy”

Das Beste ist die Lage, direkt am See mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge. Man ist außerhalb des quirligen Zentrums von Annecy, das sich aber mit einem kleinen Spaziergang erreichen lässt. Unvergesslich ist das Frühstück auf der Seeterrasse und das entspannte Joggen am Ufer. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ließ allerdings der Service zu wünschen übrig. Als wir vor der Rezeption vorfuhren, wurden wir unfreundlich angesprochen (kein Parkservice), an der Rezeption wurden wir zuerst ignoriert, dann war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Es gab auch keinen Gepäckservice.
