“Great hotel, 10 min from lake”

Very satisfied with this hotel - breakfast very expensive though but there is a bakery around the corner. Rooms were very clean and amenities smelled great.

“Unhappy in Annecy”

I choose this hotel based on past reviews from Expedia travelers. I was totally disappointed. The location was very bad given it was far away from the city center which is a very nice little town. The quality of the hotel was really bad - the rooms were old and dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The surrounding area was very bad too.

Stay in the old town - it is such a beautiful one that it is a shame to miss out.

“Nice Hotel”

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything was in working condition - that's all I was looking for. The presence of the railroad nearby was compensated by the view of the mountains, and the noise was actually quite low. I hope they won't build any high-rises and block the mountain view. The underground car garage is a bit hard to maneuver in, but acceptable.

“Je le déconseil”

Je déconseil cet hotel a cause du rapport qualité prix. Je commence par le point positif (la salle de sport). Les points négatifsssssss: - Un hôtel qui mérite une rénovation - Un restaurant avec que la moitié de la carte disponible et pourtant elle est pas grande - Une connexion internet digne du 56ko - Une chambre qui était mal isolé au niveau de la fenêtre J'ai fais plusieurs hôtel sur Annecy, il y a mieux moins cher

“proche centre ville”

l'état de l'hotel est très satisfaisant sauf la salle de sport, où les machines ne sont pas entrenues, dommage!! les chambres sont correctes mais le ménage est vite fait : objet sous le lit appartenant aux clients clients précédants (nous sommes restés 4 nuits), le Rideau de douche dégageait une odeur suspecte. La salle de restaurant est parfaitement bien préparée. Petit bémol pour les oeufs brouillés un peu sec tous les jours

pour les sportifs , les environs de Annecy seront très appréciés surtout si vous demandez à l'office de tourisme les plans des promenades.

Le ménage de la chambre était très superficiel. Baignoire inadmissible: une pelure (antiglisse ??) passée au fond se décolle en lambeaux. Environnement peu réjouissant .
