It says it has A/C, but our room had a slightly cold breeze coming from one vent that did nothing. Luckily, it was not too hot outside, and we opened the window.

Don't expect a smile or warm welcome at the reception. The mattress is uncomfortable and the breakfast very basic.

Reasonable hotel let down by its restaurant.
The hotel is very good, the restaurant however is appalling. I had the the chefs burger, it was dreadful. I left half of it. Who puts a patte of greasy hash browns on a burger? Problem is that there are no other restaurants nearby which means that I will not be staying here again. Other negative notes is the a 50cl beer is 7.5 euro and the cheapest restaurant wine is 33 euro.

I personally did not like the sofa bed as it was quite used and would say damaged. I did not got sleep on it and no choice to pull mattress on the floor to get a sleep in the night.

Best sleeping beds.
Beds were fantastic and Hotel clean but dated in a few areas. Fantastic breakfast but evening meal service let down by a shortage of staff due to illness. Overall staff were very helpful and i would stay next time in the area.

Good price for the room, which was comfortable and nice. Restaurant was closed on Sunday and only had frozen overpriced pizza. Breakfast buffet was way way overpriced - 16 euro each for standard breads, jams, etc - scrambled eggs seemed to be from powder.

Amazing service from check in staff. The room was good. Comfortable and clean. Parts of the hotel could do with updating but we would still come back without hesitation.

Good hotel but condition could be better
We stayed in a very large room with comfortable beds and very clean. However, the condition was not great. The curtains were falling off and the shower head detached. Nice staff and service. Overall we had a good stay, which was fine for a couple of nights

I stayed at this hotel after a 12hr drive from the UK. I had booked here so I could unwind in the pool and gym (both advertised on this site) . When I checked in, I was told the gym was closed for refurbishment (I looked in the room and all the apparatus were in place and no building work had been undertaken), and the pool was full of debris so unusable. The restaurant is closed on Sunday nights so they offer a bar snacks menu. I can't remember the exact figure I paid but I reckon it must have been €14 for a couple of frankfurters cut in two and put on top of some lettuce and sweetcorn.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel pretty outdated and in a very industrial area off the motorway but ok for a stopover. It's saving grace is the outdoor pool area. The claims made by the hotel about the Zen atmosphere and views are rather far fetched. Would not class our premier rooms any more than basic and bathrooms need a makeover. There was an awful smell in the first floor corridor. Restaurant very expensive for the food on offer. Tasted ok but portion sizes too small. Decent breakfast buffet at a cost.

Stayed here because of location. Nice room clean and big. I would give a better rating just for the hotel stay but the breakfast experience was beyond terrible. I thought the breakfast was included as at check in the guy insinuated it was included. Went for breakfast around 8:30 and it looked like a tornado had been through. Coffee maker broken. No food at all. No croissants and no other breakfast breads. We are a hard boiled egg and some yogurt and left. Didn’t over stress at the time because we thought it was included. When I checked out and they charged me 15.50 each I almost fell to the ground. I feel robbed.

Good hotel for short stay if you are driving. Parking by the front, friendly staff. Nice pool area by the dining room.

The hotel is 28Km from Basel airport
We have booked this hotel cause we arrived late to Basel airport and car rental was closed . we had to be there the morning after to take the rental car so we had to find hotel for that night. It was a mistake to book this hotel as it os not close to the airport at all (it is 28 km from there) and it cost us 65 Euro to get to the hotel (we booked in advance) and 45 Euro to come back to the airport in the morning - what made this hotel 110 euro more expensive. The hotel is ok but nothing special. Breakfast was 8 Euro (continental) and 15 Euro fotr buffet (very basic) children are free (for breakfast)

very convenient travelling from Switzerland
Prices of Swiss hotels out of our range, we found this on Expedia at a reasonable price. Unfortunately arrived too late to swim but the garden is very pleasant. Lovely to sit out on the terrace the next morning with our breakfast. I like that they have 2 rates, convenient for those who do not wish to have a large breakfast.

Brilliant stopover hotel, esp. for families.
Huge room, very comfortable and good air con. Lots of parking and lots of things for kids to do after a long car journey. McDonald's close by if that floats your boat but good French choices also (Courtepaille).
