After 4 hours drive clerk at check in took 1 hour to check us in. At check out clerk want me to wait till 7.30 a m to get me refund. Clerk was disrespectful, aruguemental. I was checking out at 6.45. It rained couple of days it was like river around the room and hall way. 2nd day there was no water for 6 hours. I need you compensate for the sufferings they put me through.

The staff was rude and not at all accommodating. They were even worse than the rooms, with the exception of Angel. She was literally the only good part of the stay and I didn’t meet her until checkout. The room was not even close to the website photos. It was disgusting and shady. Hardly any lighting, floors were cracked all over and gross. Chairs had stains all over them. No fridge or microwave as said on the site and of course, they weren’t willing to work with me on that. There’s also a surprise charge when you get there, so expect that if you decide to stay in this trash bag hotel. A one star is too good for this place.

I like the parking of course it looks like a combat zone because you’re in negated which is at lock so I don’t really see the benefit to it at least my vehicles right side outside my door, but the people at the counter only one person was nice the rest acted like they were bothered that I was there And also it said pet friendly that just meant you had to pay extra for a pet I wish when they said pet friendly they met pet friendly because I have two very nice dogs and their service dogs but they don’t care they don’t seem to care that there’s a federal statue But they just want extra money just like every place I’ve ever been except for red roof and they say pet friendly they meet pet friendly !!!!

Looks nothing like the pictures, the TV didn't even work, no trees or shrubs or anything in the court yard and one of the pools had been filled in. And their cash deposit is a scam!! We checked in at midnight and we're planning to leave at 6am. The guy at the counter said we'd have to stay until 7am for his manager to get there to get our deposit back. I checked out at 7:30 am and the same guy that checked me in said the manager comes in at 8am. I don't understand why I couldn't get my deposit back when he had plenty of cash in the register. Also, how can your manager have the deposits if he wasn't there when I checked in and he still wasn't there when I checked out!? Don't stay here. Just pay the extra money and stay in the business district or travel to Slidell.

This place is over priced and on need of remodeling bad. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I only stayed one night but that was enough to be horribly disappointed.

Do not book this place, smells like mold, and cigarettes despite asking for a non smoking room. The room was run down, the lamps did not work, nor did the phone in the room. The door to the bathroom did not close, and we could smell weed from the room next door. The worst part of it all was the roaches in the room! That was it for me, I grabbed my stuff and booked a real hotel! I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Ample parking space was available. Despite its proximity to the highway, there was no noise, allowing us to rest peacefully.

They STOLE MY MONEY! I had a TERRIBLE experience at this motel. Worst motel experience ever. The location is ok, but the property is extremely run down and dirty and unsafe. Nothing like the pics. I tried to look past that, but my room smelled like mildew, had dirty linens and had an unsafe connecting door to the next unit. Anyone could have easily broken in. I told the front desk and they moved me to another room that was roach infested. I decided not to stay and was still charged twice! I have STILL not gotten my refund! They had roaches, mold, and it looked like drug users had taken over the property. Very unsafe feeling as a single woman traveling. DO NOT recommend for any out of town guests!

Totally crap. First hotel.com mist take rhis place out of their list. They advertised breakfast, whxh is NOT TRUE, but the problwm was rhe room, TOTAL CRAP, DIRTY, BURN MARKS ALL OVER THE BED COVER,, i reserved no smoking room, the bathroom, oh my god, NASTY, BUGS dead and aliv e, bathroom sink still had spits all over, GROSS, went back to reception and they didn't want to refund my monwy Which was 147 , 15 charge and 50 dollar for pet depoat r ( I IONLY GOT BACK THE PET DEPOSIT) WEB reservation said It was refundable bwfore 1159 pm on 12-31-2023, receptionist was veery adamant about keepikg the money, manager was nowhere in the property, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE IF U WANT TO KEEP YOUR HEALTH.

The pool is seasonal. there’s a hot tub that looks like it hasn’t been fired up in years. The grounds were mowed, but it looks like they forgot to clean up the trash first. While the unit had some upgrades, it appears as though it was low-income housing. Window painted shut, paint over hinges, security gate sensor removed, tub drain needs to be replaced, water not hot enough to wash the smell of bug spray off. I wouldn’t pay more than $50/nt to stay here. It appears as though there might be some long-term tenants in the building. This place is straight out the hood.

Geographically where is located next to the express way the property building should be nice and clean inside and outside. But ,unfortunately very nasty and has not even a microwave or refrigerator to use. Very disappointed and uncomfortable to stay when you travel 😕

The pool was closed! The water in the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. I was freezing all night because there weren’t any blankets in my room. The bed only had a sheet and a comforter cover without a comforter. Basically, I had two sheets to keep me warm.

This hotel is one of the worst places I've seen. Outdated, smells of mold. The property is under renovation and should be shut down until it's finished. One customer was complaining about bed bugs. I walked into the room and immediately turned around. Finally got the green light for my refund. If you're ever in the Harvey area PLEASE CHOOSE OTHER LOUNGING

Machines is laundry room were either broken, worked partially, or stole your money. No indoor pool as advertised. No breakfast options as advertised. Security deposits can only be given in cash. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms were well kept upon check in with daily maid services.
