“Very nice room and good location.”

Location very easy to get back and forth from downtown Hartford, especially the convention center area (6 miles on I-91 with easy on and off both ways). Room very clean. Nice bed linens and pillows. Staff was quite nice. The included breakfast was good and had great variety. In room mini-fridge and microwave were clean and worked well. Location was close to eating places and stores. Room could stand an additional floor light to move it around where you wanted to use it.

“I'll stay again”

Very courteous, helpful staff. Not luxurious but very comfortable and pleasant. All was clean and in good condition. I will definitely stay again should I need a hotel in that area. Much better than the hotel I used 2 weeks earlier in the region and price difference was negligible. A very good experience overall. My 2 night stay allowed me to see many staff members more than once. Each time they were friendly and made me feel genuinely welcomed to their hotel....almost like part of the family!

“Nickel & dimed but comfy.”

The room was very comfortable and clean. The only downsides were: (1) I had thought breakfast was included, and it turned out that the breakfast buffet was somewhat pricey; (2) the cost for parking int the garage for one night was $21, which was not highlighted anywhere when I made the reservation -- and I cannot imagine anyone coming to this hotel without a car, since it's right off the highway outside of Cambridge/Boston; and (3) it's a little out of the way, but OK.

“I would love to stay here again soon!”

These were the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It was like staying in an extremely expensive hotel for 1/4 of the price! The continential breakfast was great and even served hot dishes, instead of just the usual continential breakfast of packaged muffins.
