“Exceeded all expectations”
Impeccable courteous service, extremely comfortably king bed, modern interior, HDTV with HBO, gym, swimming pool, real breakfast buffet with warm items; coffee/tea dowstairs 24/7. Reasonable driving distance from downtown Hartford - for 15 minutes in a car you get much better price than in comparable downtown hotels.
“A Hotel I would and will go back to”
Upon Check in we were early and was expecting to wait: instead we were upgraded for no extra price to a suite. This hotel was extremely clean and the decor was eye pleasing. I will be staying there again in the near future
“Mrs. Zu Byerly”
The room was another greatly needed greeting for us. The decor knocked my socks off (and this is hard, because I am an artist) the headboards were a warm mahogany and extended almost to the ceiling, this image and the exquisite and opulent furnishings were on the level of the very finest hotel. Though, the parking lot was full on a Saturday night, the room was quiet. The beds were fluffy and even the pillows came in different degrees of softness. The bathroom sink was the finest marble placed in a mahogany table with toiletries and hand towels placed thoughtfully underneath in baskets, leaving the surface clear. The complementary breakfast was delicious with simple choices and not loaded with "'Kiddy Loops' candy cereal, etc. ..." That "first cup of morning coffee" was "easy" to access. The seating area belayed a fine restaurant with upholstered armchairs and a fireplace. I not only recommend this hotel, I'd say you were just plain stupid to stay anywhere else in the Hartford area. Bravo.
“Awesome experience”
This was one of our best hotel stays ,hands down one of best...everything was clean...very spacious rooms...very very satisfied would choose it without any doubt
“New Hampton Inn with Everything”
Nice to stay in a brand new hotel with every amenity. Worst thing was about 200 kids staying there for a tournament - running in hallways, crowded at breakfast. Best price for the quality in the area.
“Wonderful Stay, But Awful Fellow Guests”
We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was great and the staff - especially late night - was really terrific. It's a great location - convenient to the interstate, but in a quiet area. Only complaint concerns the other guests - a large group from a cheerleading competition were unruly especially in the pool area and nearly ruined our stay, but the staff were on top of it, and managed the situation as best as they could.
“Nice, quiet hotel”
Stopped overnight on our way to Hartford with three children. Quiet, mainly a business hotel, but very accomodating to children. We had the pool area to ourselves. Great breakfast.
“Perfect location for Hartford area”
Wonderful hotel, clean, convenient, comfortable, considerate.
“Highly recommended”
The hotel was great value and very comfortable. Nicole on the front desk was great and went the extra mile by helping us get a rental car and arranging restaurant reservations. It was a bit out of the way for where we needed to go, but would definitiely go back.
“Visit once a year on business”
Excellent hotel. Made the business trip a success.
