“Check In Has Flaws”

Managements' check in procedure needs work. We arrived fifteen minutes before check in and our room was not ready. We waited over an hour and during that time friends of ours registered online with expedia walked to the front desk and were able to get a room before we did.

“Every bit as good”

I booked this hotel for my husband and two of his employees. My husband said that for almost half of what other hotels in the area cost, Four Points was perfect. The lobby was not as fancy as others but he didn't need fancy. He just wanted a place to meet with his employees that had a resaurant and bar. Four Points did the trick.

“nice room, plumbing needs help”

I have stayed in this hotel previously. It's in a remote location, not too close to anything of note. You'll need good directions to find it. The rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable. The staff is friendly. There were a couple plumbing issues which needed attention in my last room (slow drain and leaky toilet), but I'll go back.

“stay”

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and fresh smelling rooms and common areas. Noisy elevators.

“Stormy Comfort”

I was scheduled to arrive at the hotel for business Sunday evening but the room was not ready! Now this is due to a freak snow storm that litterally shut off power to 90%+ homes and business. Not just locally but state wide!! This hotel had power where others did not. Despite the chaos and there was alot, the people here were so kind and considerate. Despite renovations as well, I would certainly stay here again.

“fair”

The staff was friendly. The rugs throughout the hotel were shabby. There was also a distinct odor in the hotel perhaps it was an air freshner, but it was not pleasant

“Not impressed”

My stay at the hotel was fine. But due to lose of personal items I would not recommend it to anyone.

“Convenient but would need some additional renovation”

This hotel is conveniently located in a rather quiet area. Dinner was very nice at the restaurant located on site and everybody was very friendly. Very nice welcome. With some additional renovation the stay would have been even more pleasant.

“Just fine”

We had booked two rooms asking they be next to each other. The rooms were as far apart as two rooms could be. Eventually though this was corrected. The staff was nice, helpful and courteous. I was nervous about booking this hotel because of some negative reviews but they appear to be correcting certain things example the carpeting in the lobby was being changed. There are still a few things that could be done to update this hotel, but all in all my family and I had a nice stay here.

“Needs some sprucing up.”

I've stayed at this hotel many times for business because of its location to my work. Even though this hotel has changed hands in recent months and the exterior and restaurant/bar has been spruced up a bit, the common areas are soiled and in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable. However on my last visit, my room's air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn it off. Also the TV remote batteries were dead. Being this was only a one night stay on this trip, I do not know what the repair response was to my complaints. The restaurant food is decent and reasonably priced, comparable to a meal at a local restaurant.
