“Clean and Comfortable!”

I had a very good stay at this hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was nicely furnished with full kitchen and dishes, comfortable bed and pillows, and very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel! It felt like a home away from home.

“No frills hotel with the basics of an apartment.”

I would keep this hotel in mind if I were to be in business for extended periods of time in the Hartford area.

“Good pet hotel”

Although I did not have a pet with me, I would consider staying here with one. Enclosed area for pet and plenty of grass.

“Whatever you do, don't be a late arrival!”

Besides the issue above, the room smelled so strongly of amonia cleaner that it almost made me sick. There was no shampoo or soap in the room either. Uncomfortable beds and TV remote didn't work. Just an overall bad experience.
