“Convenient Hotel”

The Econo Lodge was the perfect place for a stranded traveler! It was convenient, had a pick up shuttle to the airport, gratious staff who went out of their way to assure our satisfaction, including driving and picking us up at a restaurant for dinner! The room was small but immaculate. TV remote did not work, but I did not even bother to call it in for servicing. The room was sound proof -- I only heard a door slamming shut in the a.m. I couldn't even hear the children rough housing in the pool and my room was poolside! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was tired and really wanted a rest.

“Great economy hotel”

This is a great economy hotel. Nothing fancy or flashy here but good value.

“Would stay again”

Nice and clean. I only used the place for sleeping and showering as it was a business trip but for the 6 hours I was there it was nice, quiet and clean. Shuttle service to the airport was fast, efficient and right on time.

“Highest level of service ever”

I've never been treated this well or had such a consistent front to back experience with a hotel anywhere in the world. Super efficient,,, everything thought of from the visitor's point of view. Walk in,,, room ready,,, hand me the key... ask only questions that I need to answer to get the stay I needed....... After a series of adventures that left one tuckered and ready to fall asleep,,, they were there like a family ready and with warmth. No noise in the room and right next to the airport. Everything seemed to be thought of even for late arrivals and very early departures. Staff was exceptional in maintaining the "feel" on all shifts. There was not extended family of the staff anywhere which was nice as that exists in many hotels these days. Gives one a more secure feeling.

“Convenient & friendly”

A convenient pace to stay in SF. Rates are very reasonable and the staff is friendly. It's right on Market Street, so taxis are easy to get in front and its a short walk to Union Square.

“Fits the Bill”

Our plane arrived at Bradley Airport in Hartford at 2 am, so having a free hotel shuttle come pick you up at that hour is really a great service, and the next morning, they took us to the Enterprise car rental office; the funny thing is, that we found out after taking a little ride down the road to drop off another guest, that the car rental was practically next door, easy walking distance from the hotel. Don't expect a great bed mattress. Not a lot of support there. After all it is an economy hotel. But you definitely get your money's worth; room was clean, staff was nice, plenty of hot water for the shower in the morning, and loved that shuttle.

“Excellent value”

Stayed in too many hotels and often just satisfied or disappointed, based on price. This hotel exceeded my expectations for value - it was clean, had new or relatively new furnishings, cordial staff. Continental breakfast was a little skimpy, but not inordinate for the room price. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

“Would Stay Again”

This nothing fancy hotel is a good place for inexpensive lodging and great service by shuttle to the airport. I needed a room to spend the night in - and found this comfortable. Free internet service, clean room (well, the carpets could be cleaner, but take your slippers) Otherwise, everything was much cleaner than many other inexpensive hotels. Also they have coffee and the continental breakfast bar open at 4 a.m. Only real downside was that there is no elevator to the second floor, necessitating carrying heavy luggage up the stairs. Staff is not happy about helping out with this.

I was pleased with my King/Queen suite. It was clean and comfortable and very affordable.
